All their work was great and technically sound. Very little prepress fixing was needed. One of the best to work with on their printing needs. **What do you like best about VMLY&R?** They were very professional and technically exemplary. Their projects were a joy to work on. **What do you dislike about VMLY&R?** They on occasion had a lot of rush jobs. **What problems is VMLY&R solving and how is that benefiting you?** The only issues were with rush jobs and emergencies ### 2. It is one of the good advertising services that I have ever approached. There was good coordination between us and the service provider, which is usually Y&R advertisement. This also improved the performance of our product in the market, which indeed is a very good achievement made possible through Y&R advertising. **What do you like best about VMLY&R?** The best thing that me and my organization liked about Y&R services is their coordination with the workers and staff, which helped us promote our products and services to reach higher ratings and improve our presentation standards. This is considered a pro of using Y&R advertising. It is also one of the best services I have encountered. **What do you dislike about VMLY&R?** There are also very slight things that I disliked while using their service. When I first encountered Y&R advertising, they were quite expensive for the services they intended to provide, and they charge a lot of money that many organizations may not be able to afford. They aren't very punctual in their work, though they provide quality service; time is a factor. These are only some of the things I disliked. ### 3. I've worked with 2-3 people from the team in order to provide feedback on making the commercials more DRTV friendly and adhering to best practices. Additionally, I've worked with the team to traffic the creatives each quarter and give them specific air dates/hiatus dates needed. **What do you like best about VMLY&R?** They are very detail oriented, which is very nice in an industry that really needs it. They are a smart group and work well with myself and my team. Their creatives are also amazing-- they very much target the core audience A25-54 in fun ways. I have never run into any issues with them and hope to continue working with them in the future. **What do you dislike about VMLY&R?** Nothing really comes to mind in terms of any dislikes.
