What do you like best about Resource Guru?

Incredibly easy to set up and learn how to use, lots of helpful features even on the starter package. I like that its always evolving with new features on offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Resource Guru?

I wish there was a way of uploading timelines from a spreadsheet without having to be on the premium package. I also wish you could have different amounts of hours on different days when a job is spread out across a few of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Resource Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have it independant to our Project management system as we found this was the only way to keep control of resourcing. One person ( traffic manager) manages all the work and requests which is so much more helpful for us now. Rather than all the CS team moving everything wherever they wanted. "Effective Time Management Tool with Room for Mobile Improvement"

What do you like best about Resource Guru?

I really appreciate Resource Guru's ability to help me track my time on individual projects. It's very helpful for managing how much time I'm spending and allocating for different projects and tasks. I like being able to look at my time and schedule to see how my time is working, how often, and the number of hours we're spending on one project. This makes it valuable for scheduling with other teammates, as they can see what's on my schedule. If I have spare time, they know I'm available to work with them. What do you dislike about Resource Guru?

I think it would be very helpful if Resource Guru had the ability to track things with my phone. I would like a tool where I can quickly timestamp things on and off, maybe a widget or something easily accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
