What I appreciate most about Resource Guru is its straightforward and clear design. The intuitive interface allows me to quickly view team availability and schedule resources efficiently, avoiding any risk of overbooking. I also value how swiftly adjustments can be made—the platform is both flexible and responsive, which is perfect for a fast-paced work environment. One aspect I find less appealing about Resource Guru is its somewhat limited capabilities in reporting and analytics. Although the platform excels at scheduling and providing visibility, I find that generating detailed insights or creating custom reports on resource usage or project allocation can be cumbersome. Having more flexible and robust reporting tools integrated into the system would be especially beneficial for larger teams or projects with greater complexity. I really appreciate Resource Guru's ability to help me track my time on individual projects. It's very helpful for managing how much time I'm spending and allocating for different projects and tasks. I like being able to look at my time and schedule to see how my time is working, how often, and the number of hours we're spending on one project. This makes it valuable for scheduling with other teammates, as they can see what's on my schedule. If I have spare time, they know I'm available to work with them.
