We like the flexibility and visibility in the tool. The boxes are big enough, you can see at a glance availability, and the projects are scheduled on 1 line. You can use the filters to see your own team or all resources. We have integrated various systems to provide e.g. active Projects & Clients, Resources and skills. We especially like the features you built for us (SSO and Repeat Bookings), but also more recent updates to e.g. Reports. **What do you dislike about Resource Guru?** Nothing we dislike. It does the level of scheduling we needed. The ‘Color by’ setting allows you to view booking containers in the Schedule by the color of either the assigned project, client, or booker. The filter to create insight in avaiability and projects work really well. **What do you dislike about Resource Guru?** I am not shure, or was not able, to connect our projects and user through our windows envoierment. You mentioned that "all blocks need to be updated manually" and I wanted to make sure you were of multiple day bookings, multi-resource bookings, and repeat bookings? If you've created any of these types of bookings you can make a change which applies to all of the associated bookings. For example, for a multiple day booking which runs from Wednesday-Tuesday, changes will be applied to each of the booked days (non-working days, such as the weekend, will always be skipped). If you've made a booking for multiple resources at once, you can edit that booking and the change will apply for all the booked resources. And if you're editing a repeat booking, you can choose whether the change applies just to the day you've clicked on, to all future bookings, or to all the bookings in the sequence. We can devolve resource planning out without needing to invest a lot in training, support or infrastructure. **What do you dislike about Resource Guru?** Whilst the API capability has been easy for us to access and use, it has resulted in us getting 'too clever' and building all sorts of excel tools off RG. I also appreciate the Schedule View, where bookings are listed in chronological order. The way it flags your attempted booking when there is a scheduling conflict is very helpful. The way it starts to autopopulate when you type in a few letters of a project name saves time. **What do you dislike about Resource Guru?** On the dashboard view, I do not like that the day's room bookings are not listed in chronological order. Our housekeeping team needs to see what bookings there are in an orderly arrangement of listings by room and by time of day (from early to late). Instead, the listings are all mixed up and difficult to make sense of with just a glance. **What problems is Resource Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?** Preventing double booking of rooms Seeing what rooms are available on certain days and certain times when trying to figure out where to put an activity Scheduling activities in the various rooms we have on our campus Multiple users can see in real time what room availability is ### 35. There are some features (pe: daily mail reminder with booked activities, MS Outlook integration) that are very useful to make sure what and when things gone have be done. Another interesting feature is the Projects section, when you can search for old projects and who was assigned at that time. It is very useful to check with the team some customers details that impacts somehow in the new projects for that customer. ### 45.
