What do you like best about Resource Guru?

One aspect I find less appealing about Resource Guru is its somewhat limited capabilities in reporting and analytics. Having more flexible and robust reporting tools integrated into the system would be especially beneficial for larger teams or projects with greater complexity. Resource Guru has been instrumental in addressing the difficulties of managing team availability and scheduling across several projects. Previously, we frequently encountered issues such as conflicts, double bookings, and the need to depend on spreadsheets that would quickly become outdated. With Resource Guru, we now benefit from a centralised, real-time overview of everyone’s availability, current assignments, and schedules. This has greatly enhanced our planning process and reduced unexpected, last-minute changes.

Additionally, the platform has enabled us to optimise how we allocate resources, ensuring that no one is overloaded and that each project is properly staffed. The only part I don't care for is having to put in certain hours as a set schedule for an individual and it showing as outside of their normal day if the event as to extend past that.
