What do you like best about ReplyUp?

It's very easy to sign up, but you should be aware of the issues to cancel (see below) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReplyUp?

This tool seems no longer maintained and support is completely unresponsive as of this moment. ReplyUp asks your credit card details to start a trial, doesn't clearly indicate that you will be charged automatically after the trial, and then doesn't give an option to change/remove your credit card details or delete your account. This means you have to block your credit card to get rid of ReplyUp's monthly charges. After much hassle I've been able to track down founder Ben Cole on Skype but after a first response explaining he would take care of it within the next hour, I never heard of him again. In my opinion, this is a very reckless way of doing business and extremely harmful to one's reputation as an entrepreneur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReplyUp?

Unresponsiveness and unhelpfulness of people supposed to be helping.

Cancelling an account is impossible in the system and they don't reply to emails so you end up in a position of having to cancel your card, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ReplyUp?

The fact that I do not have to manually take care of follow ups + number of times a person opens your email is a strong indicator of their interest. This was a new feature that I saw, which really helped me in better understanding the number of times etc. that I should follow up with a person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReplyUp?

Not very good on a Windows platform, and I have sometimes faced issues in beginning a send out. It is also a bit difficult to use, and I had to really play around to get a hang of it. Once I did however, it was incredibly useful.

One more thing, its good to pay attention to settings as they are very important for the campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
