**What do you like best about ReplyDesk?**

ReplyDesk is a great tool for easy management and common centralization of customer interactions among various platforms.
It has great capability to handle multiple platforms like ETSY,Amazon,Facebook,etc for multiple customer for more frequently high orders.
Easy to integrate with multiple social media and eCommerce platforms.
It is frequently used by managers and data analyst.
It can be easily implemented to provide fast and easy resolution to customers.
Great customer support available via email,chat,call,etc.

**What do you dislike about ReplyDesk?**

There are a lot of benefits to ReplyDesk but some points needs some attention like -
i. The cost of managing the software is high for premium subscription.
ii. More competitors in market with more integrations with APIs.

**What problems is ReplyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReplyDesk has helped our logistics and shipment management system by managing the automation for handling queries from multiple customers  and creating reports from daily tracking of the status of the shipment products.
