This new system has increased out renewals to over double what they were before. **What do you dislike about Renewtrak?** Excited to see what they do with new features. I'm also interested for more options for users to have more ability vs reaching out to the renewtrak team. **What problems is Renewtrak solving and how is that benefiting you?** Renewtrak helps us to send out all of our renewal emails to our customers without us having to do it ourselves manually. This saves us about 2 weeks of time a month that we can use on other efforts to increase our renewal numbers. ### 2. Since implementation, I've been able to spend more time with clients and less time on manual admin tasks.
