What do you like best about Renewtrak?

Renewtrak has found a way to keep clients better informed whilst also allowing account managers to focus on what's important. The portal means that I have a better overview of exactly where my clients are, what correspondence they have received and whether or not they wish to renew or make changes to their subscription. Since implementation, I've been able to spend more time with clients and less time on manual admin tasks.
