**What do you like best about Renewtrak?**

The whole team at Renewtrak has been super helpful in getting everything set up exactly how we need it and fixing out issues promptly. This new system has increased out renewals to over double what they were before.

**What do you dislike about Renewtrak?**

Excited to see what they do with new features. I'm also interested for more options for users to have more ability vs reaching out to the renewtrak team.

**What problems is Renewtrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Renewtrak helps us to send out all of our renewal emails to our customers without us having to do it ourselves manually. This saves us about 2 weeks of time a month that we can use on other efforts to increase our renewal numbers.

**What do you like best about Renewtrak?**

RenewTrak has been a great experience for our company and customers.  The team is very organized, thorough, punctual and deatiled.  They understand what our needs our and how we can execute to see progress.  The automation of the renewal process and the partner portal are everything we need when it comes to having success with the platform.

**What do you dislike about Renewtrak?**

At this point, there isnt anything we dislike about RenewTrak.

**What problems is Renewtrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RT allows us to clense our data, turn that data into a strategy that allows our customers the ability to understand what options are available to the from a renewal perspective.  The value of that data is priceless and helps us with our stickyness as it relates to renewals.

Deployment was ok. I think it could have been a bit smoother with a more streamlined "check-list"

We suffer of unreliable automated systems for our renewal email notifications and a lack of self-service capabilities. This means that our software renewals group is big. Renewtrak is helping us be leaner and provide a better self-service experience

The renewtrak team has been very proactive and supportive. The experience of the platform has been good, there is scope for improvement

It has reducing many manual followups our renewal specialist have to do and the ease of doing payment for customers online as made a huge impact on the customer experience.

**What do you like best about Renewtrak?**

Renewtrak has found a way to keep clients better informed whilst also allowing account managers to focus on what's important. The portal means that I have a better overview of exactly where my clients are, what correspondence they have received and whether or not they wish to renew or make changes to their subscription. Since implementation, I've been able to spend more time with clients and less time on manual admin tasks. I would recommend Renewtrak to anyone dealing with large volumes of work/data that requires constant manual handling.

**What do you dislike about Renewtrak?**

There have been no dislikes. Any changes or unique requests we have had have been addressed promptly and professionally by our representative, Keith.

**What problems is Renewtrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: Large volumes of manual work and renewals. This means less time with clients and more time on data-entry/admin work.

Renewtraks portal directly addresses this by automating part of the communication process. They also provide a payment portal for our clients convenience.

I would like to have more options in terms of sending communications and the number of contacts that can receive those communications.

Fantastic that you can customise to individual customer needs and automate alot of the process to reduce the touch points.

After speaking with several company-internal and vendor options, it became obvious very quickly that partnering with Renewtrak and adopting Renewtrak’s Renewal Led Growth (RLG) approach was the correct path, as Renewtrak provides a  scalable, replicable and predictable model, a robust set of processes and has the experience of designing, launching and managing agile go to market capabilities on a global scale.

**What do you dislike about Renewtrak?**

Nothing to dislike! If you’re looking to improve visibility into your customers intentions to renew, want to reduce churn and uncover revenue expansion opportunities, what’s to dislike!

**What problems is Renewtrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaling customer engagement “touch” through… 1. engaging the customer earlier in the customer’s lifecycle journey (using additional engagement timelines to educate the renewals customer on product awareness, renewal options, complimentary products,  while improving the company’s awareness of the customer’s ever-changing business landscape), 2. developing a data analysis best practice habit to create measurable actionable insights, 3. identifying and immediately actioning any churn risks and net new sales opportunities.

Excellent plateform, Very Easy to use for all parties. Very good collaboration and high quality of expertise and support.

When we did the implementation, we were not at the stage to connect All CRMs.

What we liked most is that it can be customized and its flexible. There are new features and the team made an excellent job by bringing renewals and new sales together.
The experience with the renewaltrak team was outstanding. Fast and very nice support on each and every questions. Easy management of the portal.

I like the organization the platform provides. Everything is easy to find and easy to use.

Sometimes the platform can run slower than I like. Sometimes it takes a while for something to load.
