**What do you like best about RefundCat?**

Since implementing this service in November, it automatically identified and declined over $35,000 in malicious refund requests which is a staggering ROI for our team. 
We love that you just setup it once and forget that it is even working. It just works automatically without any additional requests/monitoring.
For subscription-based apps, this tool is a must-have to combat refund abuse and protect hard-earned revenue.

**What do you dislike about RefundCat?**

Recently they've adjusted pricing model, making it more expensive. So the higher cost might be a hurdle for smaller apps with tighter margins

**What problems is RefundCat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This service gives a helping hand  for app developers dealing with Apple’s refund ecosystem. Benefit is improving your product's revenue.

**What do you like best about RefundCat?**

They saved us quite a bit of cash by automating unjustified refund process from app stores. Highly recommended to try for people who are in SaaS, consumer apps with subscriptions.

Everything so far was quite nice - we have not spotted any issues.

It helps fighting unjustified refunds coming in from the app users via the app stores.
