Clearsales was incredibly easy to integrate with Shopify, we had great service for all our questions, answered in a super reasonable time. The service offered by Clearsales is well worth it, especially as this work was done on a daily basis by our in-house team, who can now focus on higher value-added tasks. In our experience, when customers are flagged for potential fraud, they are incredibly grateful we take the extra step to go above and beyond to make sure it is a verified purchase (thanks to ClearSale!). In the rare event a customer is completely miffed in this process, this typically tells us the transaction is fraudulent, which we appreciate knowing in advance. This service has greatly helped us cut down the number of chargebacks we have per quarter, which are a nuisance as a small business to track and handle when they are happening so frequently.
