Almost everything is there waiting for you and you can completely customized everything. We were able to make everything match our brand and be what we wanted it to be with minimal issues. **What do you dislike about ReferralCandy?** You cannot have multiple campaigns, referral and affiliate program in one. Templates are easy to customize but you cannot do a lot of HTML or CSS changes so you are limited in some ways. **Recommendations to others considering ReferralCandy:** They have great support, if you have questions ask. Watch your billing, we had a few issues but got most of them cleared right up. **What problems is ReferralCandy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer loyalty and tracking return customers. This is something we couldn't do without referral candy. They also automated the gifts and that's a huge benefit, we don't have to manually send emails or gift cards, they do it all for us. ### 4. Many referral programs are expensive, I'm not saying their not worth it, but if you have a small customer base and want to start testing referrals, Referral Candy can get you up and going for just $25 a month. **What do you dislike about ReferralCandy?** The out of the box integration to woocommerce required a bit of coding to make it work properly. This wasn't a huge deal for us, but this could be cleaned up to allow a marketer completely install ReferralCandy and get the referrals flowing in, without any development help. **Recommendations to others considering ReferralCandy:** If you want to implement a low cost referral program for a Woocommerce powered site, ReferralCandy is a simple and cheap off the shelf solution that can get you up and going within a day. The price will scale up as you get more referral sales, which helps keep CAC low as you start out. **What problems is ReferralCandy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are simply using this to increase sales. ReferralCandy is our referral program. We are getting much higher referral conversions with this tool, as opposed to asking customer to just share a code to friends. ### 10.
