What do you like best about RefAssured?

We value RefAssured because it allows us to validate the skills, attributes, and authenticity of our candidates efficiently. The platform makes attaining reference feedback streamlined and saves us from the historically cumbersome and ineffective process of reference checking. It's one of the few ways in the staffing industry that genuinely validate a candidate's strengths. The integration with Bullhorn is excellent, as recruiters can initiate assessments with a single click directly from the candidate record and results are immediately populated back into Bullhorn. We also added a custom field to the header of the candidate record to display the candidate's average reference score, which is convenient. RefAssured has greatly improved the value of our reference checks, replacing the manual calling process entirely. The user experience works extremely well for everyone involved. What do you dislike about RefAssured?

While assessing candidates pre-placement is critical, post-placement performance assessment is equally important. The RefAssured team is working hard to deliver a product for later in the candidate journey to address this need in the industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RefAssured?

I really appreciate how easy RefAssured is to use, especially because it's integrated with our ATS and CRM system, Bullhorn. This integration makes the process seamless for both us and the professionals, allowing references to receive mobile invites via email and complete them in a very short time frame. It's a time saver because it lets clinicians fill out reviews on their own time, without us having to interrupt their busy schedules. I find the tech to work great for our company, and our partnership with the leadership team has been fantastic—they've truly been great partners. What do you dislike about RefAssured?

What do you like best about RefAssured?

The software is extremely easy to use and reports information clearly. I love that we have the ability to customize the questions to fit our business needs. The support team is wonderful! They check in often, address questions extremely quickly, listen to suggestions and provide/create solutions. What do you like best about RefAssured?

I love that RefAssured seamlessly sits on top of our existing platform and integrates into our current technology stack without disruption. This integration has made our processes significantly more efficient by reducing manual steps, improving visibility, and allowing our team to move faster without sacrificing accuracy. It feels more like enhancing the tools we already use, which has been critical for adoption across our team. The integration with our ATS and CRM systems helps streamline our workflow and keeps everything centralized. The initial setup was extremely easy, and the responsiveness and hands-on approach from RefAssured during implementation made the entire process feel seamless and efficient. We really appreciate the improvement in integration, visibility into performance, and overall support since switching from our previous product. What do you dislike about RefAssured?

If RefAssured could have every reference completed immediately, that would be ideal. However, I recognize that is more of a human's behavior challenge than a platform limitation. Overall, the system does a great job supporting the process, and any delays we experience are typically due to response time from references rather than the tool itself. What do you like best about RefAssured?

From an administrative standpoint, I really appreciate how easy it is to obtain unbiased, detailed references that provide the insight needed to hire with more confidence. Customer support is fantastic, and they’re consistently improving and adding to the platform. The client-and-candidate opt-in process is something I haven’t seen before, and it’s a great addition. What do you like best about RefAssured?

I find RefAssured really helpful because it cuts down on the amount of time it takes to obtain a reference, significantly expediting the reference checking process. The ease with which candidates can enter their reference contact information and send a link to the person providing the reference is great. It takes just minutes for the reference to be provided, reducing the time it would ordinarily take to contact someone and obtain the necessary information. When a candidate can complete their side of the process in just minutes, it keeps momentum going and removes one of the most common delays in the hiring process.

What do you like best about RefAssured?

I like how RefAssured integrates seamlessly with our applicant tracking system, Bullhorn. It's almost like a one-click system, making it fairly easy to set up. The PDF review sheets are my favorite part because we can share them with clients and teammates to dig into candidates better. I really appreciate the support from Brexford, especially Val, our customer success person, who has been wonderful in helping us. What do you like best about RefAssured?
