What do you like best about VICTIG Background Checks?

I like that VICTIG Background Checks has a very responsive customer service team. They handle inquiries normally within fifteen minutes during regular business hours. In the rare instances where we've had to follow up on a questionable background or initiate adverse action, they worked with us to ensure compliance. What do you dislike about VICTIG Background Checks?

Some of our locations are pretty remote, and there are times where VICTIG Background Checks is asking our applicants to drive more than 60 miles away from their home. VICTIG does partner with our recruitment team and the applicant to explore viable alternatives. What do you like best about VICTIG Background Checks?

I use VICTIG Background Checks for all of our pre-employment screenings. I find their support team, including our account manager, Annah, to be the best part of VICTIG. They are always willing to jump in and help set up specific packages based on the needs of our clients, which is especially important for us as a staffing firm. What do you dislike about VICTIG Background Checks?

I don't like that I can't see if a candidate has gone in and provided a specimen for drug screening. I feel like visibility into this could be improved. Unfortunately, it also doesn't integrate with our ATS system. I would rate Victig as a 9 because I'm unsure of Victig's prices in comparison to other CRAs and also because there is not visibility into the drug screening status. Anytime we have an SSN update, add an address or have any questions, they are very quick to respond and take care of what is needed. They will call a county for more information if we have any questions. They keep us updated along the way. It allows us to give our clients a quick answer. Their processes are seamless and simple. What do you like best about VICTIG Background Checks?

I really like how the staff at VICTIG Background Checks are extremely helpful, accommodating, and friendly. They always answer my questions efficiently and do excellent follow-up, which makes me really appreciate the partnership we have with them. I also appreciate how VICTIG has made ordering different products easier and allows me to select the department or division for expensing charges, which simplifies both ordering and billing. Their integration flexibility, notably with our UKG platform, is another aspect I enjoy because it allows us to operate seamlessly without leaving the platform. What do you dislike about VICTIG Background Checks?

I don't have a negative about VICTIG Background Checks. Sometimes I think the time zone difference can be an issue since most of our operations are on Eastern Standard Time, and I believe they're on Mountain or Pacific. So they're two to three hours behind us, which sometimes causes a delay in getting a response from their staff, but once they're open for business, they're usually very prompt to respond to us. What do you like best about VICTIG Background Checks?

I appreciate that VICTIG Background Checks provides very detailed and easy-to-follow background checks, employment verifications, and drug tests. These features save us a lot of time in HR and help candidates as well. The detailed checks, especially when something is flagged in certain counties, give us clear guidance on whether to proceed with a candidate. The employment verification process includes notes from real conversations with previous employers, which is helpful. What do you dislike about VICTIG Background Checks?

The process of notifying candidates when something comes up on their background check is a bit confusing. There are different letters to be sent, and it's hard to remember the correct sequence of which ones go first, second, and last.
