**What do you like best about RefAssured?**

We value RefAssured because it allows us to validate the skills, attributes, and authenticity of our candidates efficiently. The platform makes attaining reference feedback streamlined and saves us from the historically cumbersome and ineffective process of reference checking. It's one of the few ways in the staffing industry that genuinely validate a candidate's strengths. The integration with Bullhorn is excellent, as recruiters can initiate assessments with a single click directly from the candidate record and results are immediately populated back into Bullhorn. We also added a custom field to the header of the candidate record to display the candidate's average reference score, which is convenient. RefAssured has greatly improved the value of our reference checks, replacing the manual calling process entirely. The user experience works extremely well for everyone involved.

**What do you dislike about RefAssured?**

While assessing candidates pre-placement is critical, post-placement performance assessment is equally important. The RefAssured team is working hard to deliver a product for later in the candidate journey to address this need in the industry.

**What do you like best about RefAssured?**

I really appreciate how easy RefAssured is to use, especially because it's integrated with our ATS and CRM system, Bullhorn. This integration makes the process seamless for both us and the professionals, allowing references to receive mobile invites via email and complete them in a very short time frame. It's a time saver because it lets clinicians fill out reviews on their own time, without us having to interrupt their busy schedules. I find the tech to work great for our company, and our partnership with the leadership team has been fantastic—they've truly been great partners. The initial setup was super easy, and we got up and running in less than a week.

**What do you dislike about RefAssured?**

I mean, the one little area is the price. But, you know, the team the leadership team has definitely helped in that aspect.

**What problems is RefAssured solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RefAssured integrates smoothly with Bullhorn and Talent Platform, making pre and post-hire evaluations easy and creating a seamless process. It's quick for professionals to complete, saving time and reducing the need to interrupt their busy schedules.

**What do you like best about RefAssured?**

The software is extremely easy to use and reports information clearly.  I love that we have the ability to customize the questions to fit our business needs.  The support team is wonderful!  They check in often, address questions extremely quickly, listen to suggestions and provide/create solutions.  The system integrates with our system and feeds back into our files for quick and easy access.

RefAssured provides and validates reference checks for our candidates, which help solidify their candidacy and builds strong profiles for our candidates to give our clients confidence when making a hiring decision.

There really isn't anything I dislike about RefAssured! It's an amazing product, and they continually add new features.

**What do you like best about RefAssured?**

I like that RefAssured is simple to use and operator friendly, making it pretty HCP friendly. The platform we had before wasn't as user friendly, so switching to RefAssured was a big improvement. This platform feels like a Cadillac compared to what we had before. Also, I really appreciate that everything about their platform works well for us. The initial training took about thirty minutes, and then we were off and running, which was great.

Nothing

**What problems is RefAssured solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RefAssured saves us time from initiating references to completion and helps get them filled out in a timely fashion, achieving a 70-80% completion rate.

**What do you like best about RefAssured?**

I love that RefAssured seamlessly sits on top of our existing platform and integrates into our current technology stack without disruption. This integration has made our processes significantly more efficient by reducing manual steps, improving visibility, and allowing our team to move faster without sacrificing accuracy. It feels more like enhancing the tools we already use, which has been critical for adoption across our team. The integration with our ATS and CRM systems helps streamline our workflow and keeps everything centralized. The initial setup was extremely easy, and the responsiveness and hands-on approach from RefAssured during implementation made the entire process feel seamless and efficient. We really appreciate the improvement in integration, visibility into performance, and overall support since switching from our previous product. I would rate RefAssured a 10 out of 10 for these reasons.

**What do you dislike about RefAssured?**

If RefAssured could have every reference completed immediately, that would be ideal. However, I recognize that is more of a human's behavior challenge than a platform limitation. Overall, the system does a great job supporting the process, and any delays we experience are typically due to response time from references rather than the tool itself.

We use RefAssured to automate reference checks, improving efficiency. Its seamless integration with our tools enhances processes, eliminates manual steps, and boosts team speed and visibility while maintaining accuracy. Moving from our old platform to RefAssured improved data handling and support. Setup was quick and customer service highly responsive.

From an administrative standpoint, I really appreciate how easy it is to obtain unbiased, detailed references that provide the insight needed to hire with more confidence. Customer support is fantastic, and they’re consistently improving and adding to the platform. The client-and-candidate opt-in process is something I haven’t seen before, and it’s a great addition.

I honestly don’t have much else to add. I just wish my team used the platform more often than they currently do.

It saves us a ton of time. The candidate self-rankings help us better understand their value proposition, and it also makes it easier for potential candidates and clients to reach out to us.

I find RefAssured really helpful because it cuts down on the amount of time it takes to obtain a reference, significantly expediting the reference checking process. The ease with which candidates can enter their reference contact information and send a link to the person providing the reference is great. It takes just minutes for the reference to be provided, reducing the time it would ordinarily take to contact someone and obtain the necessary information. The initial setup was also very easy and seamless.

RefAssured shortens the time to obtain candidate references needed for contract assignments. It expedites and simplifies the process by allowing candidates to provide their reference's contact information and a link for them to answer questions quickly, significantly reducing our usual time to collect information.

**What do you like best about RefAssured?**

I like how RefAssured integrates seamlessly with our applicant tracking system, Bullhorn. It's almost like a one-click system, making it fairly easy to set up. The PDF review sheets are my favorite part because we can share them with clients and teammates to dig into candidates better. I really appreciate the support from Brexford, especially Val, our customer success person, who has been wonderful in helping us. The usability is great, making it easy to drive adoption within the team. Creating surveys and being creative with them is another aspect I enjoy.

The ease in deploying it to our candidates and clients.  It does all the follow up for us.

I use RefAssured for confident candidate screening, reducing fall-off rates and performance issues, and generating sales leads with end-of-survey questions.

Checking References has always been a sticking point in staffing. This has taken the legwork out of the recruiters hands and allowed us to automate and authenticate the reference process.

I don't have anything bad to say. If a candidate were to complete a reference and another agency could get access to it, instead of having the candidate complete a new one. That would be a great product release.

Daily reminders are sent automatically, undelivered contacts are tracked, and candidates are notified directly when updates are needed. Candidates can use their self-service link to update, edit, or remove references and correct contact information without involving your team. Your recruiters should be focused on placing talent, not managing logistics.
