**What do you like best about Redmine 3.3?**

You don't need to learn too many skills and easy to use them. The simple interfaces don't make users feel confused relative to other tools. And you can design customized flow and right to different roles.

**What do you dislike about Redmine 3.3?**

No strong support team when users encounter some problems. No good document for users to read. Not offer a traditional Chinese version for the user manual, only English and simple Chinese version.

**Recommendations to others considering Redmine 3.3:**

If your team wants to seek a management tool that is free and easy to use and you don't need to coach beginners too much time. It would be best if you chose it.

**What problems is Redmine 3.3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to communicate with developers and trace bugs or issues. Open tickets to complete items of the project. Help us design what flow we want and what role we want to set in the project.

Easy to log and track bugs and stories for QA and dev team.

Test case writing option is not fully loaded.

**What problems is Redmine 3.3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think test case writing option was not good, while it is very simple and easy to use tool as compared to JIRA.
