The simple interfaces don't make users feel confused relative to other tools. And you can design customized flow and right to different roles. **What do you dislike about Redmine 3.3?** No strong support team when users encounter some problems. No good document for users to read. Not offer a traditional Chinese version for the user manual, only English and simple Chinese version. **Recommendations to others considering Redmine 3.3:** If your team wants to seek a management tool that is free and easy to use and you don't need to coach beginners too much time.
