Use of the product has enhanced collaboration between employees by creating a reliable communication channel. It has enabled surveys and collection of insights to promote employees. Multi language support capabilities Availability of real-time employees insights collection. Unlike other softwares it is not complicated, it has a friendly user interface and a practical pricing. **What do you dislike about RecogNation?** Everything on this platform works well. I have experience of more than 3 years now and the product services are superb. **What problems is RecogNation solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software was developed to the benefit of employers and employees. It has provided us with various options of employee engagement measurement and launching of incentive programmes. ### 2.
