**What do you like best about RecogNation?**

The product automates employees recognition processes from rewarding to redemption of gift vouchers.
Use of the product has enhanced collaboration between employees by creating a reliable communication channel.
It has enabled surveys and collection of insights to promote employees.
Multi language support capabilities 
Availability of real-time employees insights collection.
Unlike other softwares it is not complicated, it has a friendly user interface and a practical pricing.

**What do you dislike about RecogNation?**

Everything on this platform works well. I have experience of more than 3 years now and the product services are superb.

**What problems is RecogNation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software was developed to the benefit of employers and employees. 
It has provided us with various options of employee engagement measurement and launching of incentive programmes.

Although I didn't used it too much I found it very intuitive and easy to use

Again not to much to complain about it was a short time use

Main focus is to allow me to receive recognition from my leader

It is easy to use and intuitive UX. It feels natural to find the tools you need

I think some features could be streamlined in a way to facilitate mobile use
