Very easy to implement and use from a client perspective which resulted in a positive booking experience for our customers. The launch day of our flagship family campaign Kids Week went very smoothly so I would certainly recommend Queue-Fair.

**What do you like best about Queue-Fair?**

It is an easy-to-use solution that allows us to intervene in real-time on the flow of visitors we let through. Easy to configure, we can even customize the visual and texts of the queue. A special thanks to Matt who was able to explain all this to me in French, available and efficient, thanks again Matt!

**What do you dislike about Queue-Fair?**

The only small downside is in the choice of packages; the most advantageous was to take it for 3 months, whereas our event was only held for one day.

During our event, we had too many visitors at the same time. Before using this service, our web server was experiencing slowdown issues and was becoming inaccessible. Controlling the flow of visitors allowed us to fix this problem.

**What do you like best about Queue-Fair?**

Ease of use and the customised queue template . Integrates perfectly with our entry platform. We had looked at integrating a ballot system in addition to the queue system. 

Having used queue-fair for our first event the decision was made to hold off development and only use the queue-fair system.

There is nothing to dislike it simply works and the administration dashboard is perfect.

Queue-Fair was the best option for us. It was easy to install and the support before and during use was personal and 100% reliable.

There was no negative experience. We we're supported all time and evey question was answered directly.

The go-live of our page with the tournament registration and the run of user at the same time has so far led to the collapse of the website. We were able to avoid this thanks to this tool.

Their team is very reactive: from setup to test and deployment in production, they were able to help us deploy their solution in less than 1 hour.

Their team are always reactive to answer questions and their queue is simple to integrate. Only few lines of code are required.

Queue Fair is a robust and user-friendly solution to handle expected and unexpected peaks in visitor numbers. The guidance and communication with the team were very pleasant; our questions were answered promptly. Despite our infrastructure being well-prepared for high visitor numbers in a short period, it's reassuring to know that we can always apply a management measure by activating Queue Fair. Last year, during a significant scaling up of our services, we gratefully utilized the virtual queue, which gave us time to fine-tune the systems in the background to handle the immense load.

The tool was easy to set up on my website. The Queue-Fair team also took charge of the interface's graphic charter at the time of set-up. The teams are available quickly by email. Their documentation is complete and accurate.

The automatic translation of the back office into French is very approximate and should be handled manually.

Every Saturday we offer a limited number of products for pre-order, creating a massive and rapid overload of the server. We had to find a solution to absorb the traffic and make our customers' shopping experience more fluid.

**What do you like best about Queue-Fair?**

Queue-Fair is seamless - really easy to set up and configure.  For the limited quantity stock we want to sell - and not oversell - the customer experience is completely improved.  No more site slow downs or trouble adding to baskets.  Perfect.  Queue-Fair meant we felt like we were in control on our key trading day Black Friday - and knowing how many people were arriving at the site each minute was really useful too.  The business really likes it.  Queue-Fair was really successful, it works really well.  Support has been brilliant - every question has been answered super quickly.  There are lots of events coming up where we want to use Queue-Fair too.

To date there is nothing that jumps out as needing improvement.

Historically we had a problem with oversell of fast moving product lines which has been resolved by controlling the flow of traffic to targeted pages. This has also allowed us to ease the strain on our infrastructure and stop site crashes do to spikes in demand.

Great service & flexible pricing options work well for us.

Overall, no complaints!  It's been a great service.

**What problems is Queue-Fair solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run an event once or twice a year.  By and large our website does just fine with the traffic, allowing a moderate amount of people to stop by and get information.  However, when we actually sell tickets to our event, it gets overloaded very quickly.  We learned from a horrible experience that we needed additional software to accommodate our ticket sales.

I didn't even know that "virtual waiting rooms" existed before I started researching.  We were so grateful to discover that you can use a service like Queue-Fair to handle spikes in traffic.  We actually used a different service for a couple of years before switching to Queue-Fair.  This other service functioned fine, but it was just getting more and more expensive and didn't seem to accommodate a small company like ours that really only needed to use the service once or twice yearly - so that's when I started poking around looking for an alternative service.  I'm very happy I found Queue-Fair!

They offer flexible plans so they can allow us to start up, and pause the service as needed, and not have to pay an exorbitant amount to run a service that we only use a couple of weeks out of the year.

On top of that, the customer service is fantastic!  I am frankly very disenchanted with our world of disconnection.  Most companies aren't interested in having an acutal conversation with anyone!  You've got to talk to phone bots, AI chats, etc.  This is not the case with Queue-Fair.  They're very helpful, knowledgeable and personable, and that carries through from the research/sales phase right into the support phase! (A pattern that's often broken with other services)

Finally, the software is great to use.  The GUI is clear and easy to navigate, change settings, etc.  If you're completely unfamiliar with how queueing software works, it's a bit of a learning curve, but it's worth educating yourself on!  Once it's all set up, the interface which communicates how the traffic is running, etc is all great!

To anyone who has such a need, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using a queueing service, and specifically Queue-Fair.

Prior to Queue-Fair, we had never used a queuing system before.

The steps to get up and running were far easier than expected, and the support has been phenomenal. Every tweak needed has been done almost immediately.

Regarding implementation and integration, the same can be said. The documentation is very clear and concise, and it was fully functional after just a few days of testing.

While the queue was running, no issues were detected whatsoever.

Overall, it's the perfect solution for us.

We are a seasonal business that sells native plants. We launched a brand new website on the same day that we opened for orders this year. Typically, launch day provides a huge rush of customers to our website and having the Queue-Fair queue in place helped us to feel at ease throughout this experience. We could rest assured that our customers were having a streamlined experience and due to the queue they knew when to expect access to the website to begin shopping. We received zero emails from customers about the queue (which we attribute as a sign that it was all working well). The queue was easy to integrate into our website, our experience with the Queue-Fair team was smooth and professional, and best of all our customers had a great experience on our opening day! We appreciated the peace of mind that having this queue provided for us and it was definitely worth the money spent.

Congratulations on a great product, Queue-Fair!  We love it!  I really wish we had switched to Queue-Fair earlier!

The entire process of conducting a demo of the product to implementation was one of the smoothest processes I've ever experienced. The product itself had additional functions our previous supplier couldn't achieve so the switch was easy.

Since our implementation, it's been a great experience, the product is working really well for us and support has been amazing.

I suggest anyone searching for a queue product should look no further.

We used Queue-Fair for a performance-heavy project involving 3D configurations and wanted to be sure we provided a smooth user experience during the peak hours after the launch. We liked how easy Queue Fair was to set up in several languages. Code customisation possibilities were great, and we aligned the waiting room to our design system. Support was extremely helpful along the way, too — special thanks to Matthew for introducing us to the product. Highly recommended to use if you're looking for a stable traffic control tool.

**What do you like best about Queue-Fair?**

We are very glad to have Queue-Fair as our Waiting Room partner for the three (3) big events we had last year 2022 - the iPhone 14 pre-order, the iPhone 14 launch and the biggest double digit sale of the year which is the 11.11. Our website did not crash! - our main goal during these high peak events. We even achieved and went beyond our Sales Target in 2022. Really, thanks to Queue-Fair! 

Despite the time differences between Philippines and UK, Queue-Fair’s CEO really consistently reached out to us just to make sure our events were all a success. And, the Queue-Fair platform itself is notable as it is user-friendly. We appreciate the data reports we have exported as these gave us meaningful historical insights which will be useful for our future projects.

Definitely, Queue-Fair will be our top of mind for future reference and will surely be our only Waiting Room partner recommendation to our dear friends outside the organization.

Feedback was really good and Queue-Fair worked how we needed it to.  It's nice to have Queue-Fair there as a way of throttling demand when marketing goes out to hundreds of thousands of people at once - it doesn't matter how much cloud resource you have, if you've got thousands of people hitting refresh you need a safety net.  The costs of having a Queue-Fair Virtual Waiting Room compared with the costs of database issues or dealing with angry customers means is a no brainer. So far, we really happy with it!

**What do you like best about Queue-Fair?**

That was the easiest launch we’ve had this year by some way. We sold out of our four main products and made 20% more than projected.  I think the queue system enabled people to feel they had more time to shop so they added other items to their basket. Also, watching our launch in real time and being able to accurately see the true numbers attempting to hit our website had given us a major insight into future product launches.

**What do you dislike about Queue-Fair?**

It would be nice for QF to have a range of templates for the 4 pages (Pre-sale / Queue / Post-sale / Hold) so that we could just grab one and add media. We ended up adding a flickity carousel to the default page. This was easy enough to do but QF should consider having various templates to quickly employ which are all responsive and cross-browser checked.

Don't feel afraid to reach out to them if you have a problem. They respond very quickly and are extremely helpful.

Aside from the system itself, which works very well, what makes one system stand out from the others is the people behind it.

During the sales process, the team was there to answer all of my questions.

During the trial period, the team was there to help me with the implementation and answer my technical questions.

And even when I was ready to go into production, they were still there!

They know their system well and it shows that they have seen others!

Now that the system is in production, I can rest easy knowing that peak demand will no longer cause problems on my system.

Very easy to implement. We were able to implement in a day and run a few tests leading up to our sale at www.theplayerslounge.io. We run a platform with a number of commerce customers where queues have become a necessity and we will be moving forward with Queue-Fair. We tried a competitive product and were not happy with the results. Queue-Fair was not only easy and ran smoothly, but the team understood our needs and were able to work with us to achieve our goals.

We work with some of the biggest brands out there and with that comes a large demand during sales and drops.
