The Queue-fair virtual waiting room was a game-changer for our registration process. One registrant sent this message: "Smoothest sign-up ever. The queue system works SO much better." Having the queue helped prevent frustration, website crashes, continual refreshing — the registration process was monumentally improved. But in addition to having an excellent product, Queue-fair has incredible customer service. They were responsive and helpful, and made the entire set-up process extremely easy. Our servers couldn't handle the load and registrants would have to repeatedly refresh, receiving Bad Gateway errors and timeouts. Queue-fair solved that issue for us, and registrants could see exactly how many users were ahead of them in the queue, and how long it would take to get to the registration. So much better!
