**What do you like best about QGraph?**

QGraph is well suited for building highly targeted marketing message for use in different media. The audience can be easily divided into categories based on demography and activity history to customize the message for each client.

**What do you dislike about QGraph?**

One of the main disadvantages is the decision-making limitation due to the absence of real-time data integration. Customer data updates consume time to reflect in the platform, and this can lead to sending old and or irrelevant messages.

**What problems is QGraph solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing automation was never so interesting and applied in such an innovative manner until I met QGraph. Using the features, I have been able to use the product and create more effective customer relationships while increasing the conversion rates.
