
Seamless - I can directly send all the bills and receipts to Pro spend from outlook Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integration with other software, such as MYOB, has experienced some hiccups. Occasionally, certain bills get stuck in the process, and we only find out when the supplier brings it to our attention. Among all the drawbacks, my biggest issue is with their support system, which has left me completely frustrated. We have submitted multiple tickets, but responses often take more than 24 hours, and sometimes even weeks. Their support line is also difficult to reach. We are seriously considering switching to another ERP. If you are thinking about using Pro spend, I would strongly advise against it. You’ll thank me later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
