A decent tool for quick SMS marketing **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Harsh N. | Visual Artist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2021 **What do you like best about ProSMS.gr?** It is a tool used to create and send text messages to a specified list of phone numbers and you can do it quickly as the UI is super user-friendly, which is a plus point! **What do you dislike about ProSMS.gr?** Latest features like polling through SMS and modern templates rather than old marketing templates would give this tool a better edge against its competitors providing similar features. **Recommendations to others considering ProSMS.gr:** If this tool had all the new market features, then it would have been the GO TO app. However, for quick messaging analysis and 2-way communication, one can definitely opt for this tool. **What problems is ProSMS.gr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending out automated responses, analyzing the open rate to check the future potential of efficiency. ### 2. It was relatively easy to create SMS campaigns that incorporated tracked calls and bitly links as well. **What do you dislike about ProSMS.gr?** As someone who works in a space where it is not uncommon to launch multiple campaigns, I would've like more of a chance to be able to best optimize my time and ability to work on multiple campaigns for the same client simultaneously, but it felt like there were some limitations in what one could do past the point of simply working one campaign (or perhaps better put, one text) at a time. **What problems is ProSMS.gr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Considering that my businesses frequently utilizes SMS campaigns for our clients as well as for our own internal purposes, having SMSP has been invaluable in generating new business for our clientele as well as leads and business for oursevles - it's truly something that's solving problems on both sides of the coin, so to speak. ### 4. All it took was logging in and I was set to go! The UI/UX was well done and it is obvious the designers did their due diligence to really understand user behavior, wants and needs. I would absolutely recommend this product to others, and I actually already have! Great job! **What do you dislike about ProSMS.gr?** I haven't really thought about this. But of course like any product out there and the ever changing market and technology there is always opportunity for growth and reinventing the concept and product when it is necessary. **What problems is ProSMS.gr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Expanding our business to new markets and cities.
