If there is, it is almost impossible to find. It is slow - takes too long to update - even when I have a file checked out, constantly getting notices when I save that a newer version is available - how is that possible - I have the file checked out? It is not just me - not just my computer or network, all of our users report the same issues. The transition was terrible and your help desk had no idea how to help. You now have all of my end users asking that I find something else. **What problems is Progress ShareFile solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before the move to Citrix files - it felt like a solid product. I could explain how it was working we had nearly zero end-user issues. Constantly trying to figure out if our data is OK and helping end-users understand why their files aren't saving correctly - why are they getting versioning errors etc. Why when they check in a file does it still look checked out to everyone else 5 minutes later... Help desk is not very helpful and has given us wrong answers on how to handle a problem if you can get an answer at all in any kind of timely manner. Our "rep" was less than helpful on the transition, and would not get any of the answers we asked for including a deadline for transition to Citrix files - we got turned off without any notice and got a that's too bad from the help desk. ### 50.
