It has allowed good integrative workflow among employees, and while this is our secondary system as we are still not 100% sure we are converting over, the ease of use has opened eyes. **What do you dislike about Progress ShareFile?** The one dislike is where the one limit comes into play from my title on this review. The only acceptable files are those that are part of the Office suite of products. You can't use any other document form. Unfortunately, that means converting files as some of the suppliers we use in less developed parts of the world are using proprietary software or google docs. It's not a real issue, but sometimes things are lost in the conversion. **What problems is Progress ShareFile solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are tackling workflow and working on it via two pieces of software/cloud-based solutions.
