Customer support since Progress acquisition is some of the worst within the industry. It's impossible to get a response from support, the partner programs team, or the account manager. I highly advise staying away from this company. As of today (November 13) we have been awaiting an answer to a question for over 2 months (September 11) and have been ignored entirely. Very simple to set up a collaborative project environment, create a folder structure, invite users with permissions and collaborate / mark up documents. It allows our company to store files and share access to files outside an individual machine. With the permissions by folder you can restrict who can read, edit or delete files. You can both request or share files with individuals or groups.

Sharefile is an asset that increases in value over time for us. We collaborate securely with our clients and it is intuitive for new users.
