Fine-grained permission control is also a major advantage, allowing permissions to be set for different users or user groups, such as "view only" permissions, which can prevent users from arbitrarily downloading or printing documents. The collaboration features are outstanding, supporting automatic synchronization of documents to the data room, and collaborators can be invited to upload files to a private portal, greatly improving the efficiency of team file sharing. We no longer have to worry about file size when sending large amounts of data. Our ability to store, synchronize and exchange huge files with customers improves both internal communication and productivity. To enhance its capabilities, it can be easily integrated with other programs. **What do you dislike about Progress ShareFile?** At times I have had to restart the program because it does not always accurately execute the centralization and analysis of data according to folders. **What problems is Progress ShareFile solving and how is that benefiting you?** We now have a very organized database that we can share with key departments or managers who have more weight in decision making once we have removed sensitive material from it. Using it to analyze quantitative and qualitative data is essential. Thanks to it, our organization's internal storage system is now able to centralize and read data with the right level of accountability and accuracy.
