**What do you like best about MAIA?**

MAIA stands out for its ability to search across both documents and internal knowledge bases like SharePoint and Confluence with high accuracy. It understands context, links back to the right source, and makes it easy for teams to get reliable answers quickly. What really sets it apart, especially in a European enterprise context, is its strict GDPR compliance. Knowing that all data is processed securely and hosted on EU infrastructure gave us peace of mind from day one. As someone who worked in a regulated industry, this was a major reason for adoption.

**What do you dislike about MAIA?**

There was some upfront effort involved in teaching MAIA our internal language and terminology, especially in legal and technical areas. Once that was done, it performed very well. It would also be useful to have better insights into usage across teams, but overall, these are minor points compared to the overall impact.

**What problems is MAIA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MAIA helped us centralize and make sense of scattered internal knowledge. At IDnow, information was spread across SharePoint and Confluence, and teams often struggled to find reliable answers quickly. MAIA made that knowledge instantly accessible with contextual responses and direct source links. For marketing, this meant faster campaign development, easier access to product specs, and fewer delays waiting on input from other departments. It also helped us maintain consistent messaging while staying compliant with internal and external standards.
