"NOT A USER FRIENDLY SYSTEM"

What do you like best about Platinum?

NOTHING TO LIKE. IT IS A VERY OLD SYSTEM AND YOU HAVE TO DO 10 STEPS TO 1 STEP ON A MORE UPDATED SYSTEM. NOTHING FLOWS WELL WITH PLATINUM EITHER. BECAUSE IT IS VERY OLD OPERATING WITH NO UPDATES IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND SOMETHING THAT YOU LIKE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Platinum?

I DISLIKE THE PAYMENT POSTING, THE PATIENT NAVIGATING, THE DOS RUNNING PROGRAM DOES NOT ALLOW CORRECTED CLAIMS TO BE SENT. YOU CANNOT GET AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT. YOU HAVE TO REPOST EVERYTHING TO GET THAT RECEIPT CAUSING DOUBLE WORK. THE NOTES SECTION IS NOT DESIGNED VERY WELL. IT IS JUST THE WORST SYSTEM I HAVE USED. PLUS IT IS VERY OLD PERFORMING. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OFF SHORE AS WELL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Platinum:

STAY AWAY. THERE ARE BETTER SYSTEMS TO USE OUT THERE. PLUS THEY MAKE YOU PURCHASE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM SO YOU DO NOT HAVE AN OPTION TO CANCEL. YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Platinum solving and how is that benefiting you?

EVERYTHING YOU DO IN THAT SYSTEM IS A PROBLEM. I REALLY DO NOT SEE MUCH OF A BENEFIT OF USING THIS SYSTEM. ESPECIALLY SINCE I USE MULTIPLE SYSTEMS. THIS IS JUST NOT USER-FRIENDLY EITHER AND WHEN YOU WANT TO PERFORM ACTIONS OR RUN REPORTS, YOU ARE TOLD THAT THE SYSTEM DOES NOT HAVE THAT CAPABILITY. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Not the most user friendly system"

What do you like best about Platinum?

Customer service is easy to get ahold of. They are very nice as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Platinum?

The system has many flaws. One you can delete payments. The integrated payments (when claims are reprocessed) will post double payments. No clearinghouse, EOB terrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent software for a chiropractic office"

What do you like best about Platinum?

Very stable — although built on an old platform, it performs extremely well. Has serviced my practice very successfully for over 10 years. The customer service is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cannot drag and drop — not a big deal

Wish i could access a patient file from the “z -list” with a mouse

What do you like best about Platinum?

I love that there are so many cheats that allow you to get where you need to go in the software with just a touch of a key on the keyboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do dislike that there are some things the program does not allow, like permanently deleting certain programs or entries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
