Every single aspect of running a brokerage in PlanetRE is a multi step, painful process using an interface that is straight out of 1990. Nearly every aspect of the software needed the product team to fix or adjust something the first time I tried to use it. I was sold on the fact there was robust QBO integration, which turned out to be inaccurate. When we tried to configure the QBO integration, it was a bare bones, single entry into QBO, not a robust solution as sold.
Commission demands were another sticking point, the process you have to go through to issue a commission demand included "pre-closing" a file well before the close date in order to process the demand. Multiple (5+) steps were required with multiple tabs to review data. There was even a tab that held irrelevant data, but still needed to be reviewed and saved prior to the demand feature working.
I could go on and on, but the bottom line is we abandoned the tool and moved to a manual solution less than 7 months into our contract. For a tool that is supposed to automate and simplify brokerage, transaction, and commission management it did the exact opposite and only added time, complexity and frustration into our world.
