**What do you like best about PipelinePRO?**

What stands out most about PipelinePRO (especially for sales and call-centre environments) is how it brings everything into one place and simplifies the day-to-day workflow

**What do you dislike about PipelinePRO?**

There are many features
New users often find it difficult to navigate initially.
It can take time to fully understand how everything connects.

**What problems is PipelinePRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Disorganized lead management

I can quickly access customer information and never lose track of a lead.

**What do you like best about PipelinePRO?**

I like the actual software that PLP resells. I've used it for many years and have found it to be an excellent marketing CRM

**What do you dislike about PipelinePRO?**

PLP locks down different features which makes certain activities diffcult to  work with. The support responses are too long for the type of work I am doing. The main support person seems to be a go between for customers and actual High Level support. Everything takes way longer than it should.

**What problems is PipelinePRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipeline is the problem. The software is great for managing marketing activities when PLP is not getting in the way.

**What do you like best about PipelinePRO?**

It is the comprehensive software on the market that's easy to use, cost effective, reduces expenses while increasing profits with centralized accessibility for all team members and employees based upon their roles.

While the software is great, the customer service is poor. On two different occasions an inquiry was not responded to by living support representative after four days, nor the second to the same.

When escalated to owner, the owner inquired of employees, the employees then responded, and reported to owner that they responded, owner expressed dissatisfaction with me for accusing his employees of not responding, and after second inquiry going unanswered I stopped using this software and joined Groove CM.

I'm grateful for this experience with PipelinePRO and it leading me to GROOVE. I don't have any monthly payments because I paid one Lifetime payment, that's equivalent to 3-5years of monthly payments to this software. The difference between capabilities, quality, results, community and customer support is equivalent of comparing a walnut to a watermelon in size or nutritional value.

This move was the best thing that happened to me.

**What do you dislike about PipelinePRO?**

Ease of use and everything a business, entrepreneur and sole proprietor needs to run a business, like big businesses do. CRM, social media, memberships, automation, email marketing and more.

The customer service(see above).

**What problems is PipelinePRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduces the number of software providers, expenses, time, provides segmentation, and provides automation through tags/triggers.

**What do you like best about PipelinePRO?**

you can to a LOOOOT with it. Messages, emails, automations, workflows... It really has a looot of things to offer, almost every feature you can think of, it has.

**What do you dislike about PipelinePRO?**

It can often times be buggy, or have small complications... Also it's over complicated and complex, being someone who appreciates an easy user interface and ease of use, I think there could be some upgrades here.

**What problems is PipelinePRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it connects to facebook ads. That's the sole reason why we really use it, we have close.io to handle and manage the bulk of the workload, but pipeline connects with the ads, then we connect pipeline to close.

There is so much potential that it can seem almost overwhelming when trying to develop your pipeline

Keeping everything in a centralized location and keeping track of where sales are in the process
