While the software is great, the customer service is poor. On two different occasions an inquiry was not responded to by living support representative after four days, nor the second to the same.
When escalated to owner, the owner inquired of employees, the employees then responded, and reported to owner that they responded, owner expressed dissatisfaction with me for accusing his employees of not responding, and after second inquiry going unanswered I stopped using this software and joined Groove CM.
I'm grateful for this experience with PipelinePRO and it leading me to GROOVE. I don't have any monthly payments because I paid one Lifetime payment, that's equivalent to 3-5years of monthly payments to this software. The difference between capabilities, quality, results, community and customer support is equivalent of comparing a walnut to a watermelon in size or nutritional value.
