What do you like best about Pipe17?

Works well for simple order routing, updating inventory on sales channels and updating sales channels with tracking information etc. It handles kits very well. Notifications are customizable and work great. It's great to see the events and help us pinpoint the problems. (although sometimes the event shows "acknowledged" but in reality there as an issue that needed to be fixed) Pipe17's UI is intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipe17?

Update: 2025-07-07: Pipe17 seemed like a promising alternative to Celigo and FarApp to integrate Amazon and Shopify to Netsuite at first, but it became just like the alternatives: too expensive, lock you in long contracts, full of bugs and poor support. The subscription we paid went up by 128% in less than 2 years with less customer support service as they started charging for "Enterprise Support" which was not a thing when we signed up. Overall would not recommend if you plan on connecting an ERP to it, but might work well and be reasonably priced for just order routing, just be careful of price increases.

Update 2024-05-06: Pipe17's customer support has been better in the last year. The system still work great and does what it's supposed to. Support (Enterprise support level) is inconsistent, sometimes we get a reply within a day and other times a month. We've had some tickets open for 4 months with no solution and no orders from a sales channel showing in our ERP, for 4 months. You're left alone to figure out the bugs and fix them most of the time. Same for mappings, they'll help you set those up in the implementation phase, but you'll have to figure it out yourself if you want to add integrations or modify existing ones. Pipe17 does not support bins which is an issue if you fulfill from your WMS. You get an exception and must manually click the fulfill button and select the correct bin in the ERP. Refunds and partial refunds do not get updated in the ERP. The status of a "canceled" order does not get updated in the ERP. Item fulfilment in the ERP often have the wrong location, which messes up the inventory, and a consequence of that is overselling certain items. Overall, the system probably works great if you're not using an ERP, but if you are, consider this app's current limitations the service level which might not be an issue if you have a system administrator and costs and compare them with alternatives. What do you like best about Pipe17?

It was incredibly easy and quick to setup built the in connectors for Shopify, Loop, and other platforms directly to our ERP. The out of the box connectors, coupled with the order routing capabilities, allow anyone on our team to create and modify rules without needing any development. As someone without a technical background, I can confidently say that Pipe17 is the best integrator or middleware I’ve ever used. It has become an essential part of our operations across multiple sales channels. We've set up several workflows connecting our marketplaces, ERP, and 3PL, and thanks to Pipe17’s incredibly helpful team, everything was implemented smoothly and continues to run with minimal maintenance.

I have worked with a lot of connector apps and customer service is usually poor. But everyone at Pipe17 is prompt to respond to issues and is solution-oriented. They don't just send templated responses, they actually read what we send them and reply with helpful information. I feel like that is rare these days, and I've loved working with everyone at Pipe17! What do you like best about Pipe17?

Pipe17 helps my company feed Target and Chewy orders through to my warehouse. They are really responsive and creative problem solvers. Although parts of the implementation were trickier than expected when spec'ing the project, they saw the job through and always ensured that everything was working 100%.
