**What do you like best about Pilot?**

Pilot is economical for the needs I have for my single owner business.

**What do you dislike about Pilot?**

Very slow with turn around on completing my books.

**Recommendations to others considering Pilot:**

Good program if you don't need to know how your business is doing in a timely manner. It took over 30 days to complete 1 month.

**What problems is Pilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Pilot for basic bookkeeping as a small business owner.

**What do you like best about Pilot?**

After a big miss on servicing our account, we have been well taken care of. That is still in process, so pending a higher rating! It was very meaningful that the leadership team reached out to help us, since it is a service that our company really needs.

**What do you dislike about Pilot?**

Not yet, they are working on our account, so I can update this later.

**Recommendations to others considering Pilot:**

Do not use Pilot.

**What problems is Pilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needing bookkeeping services for our small business, and we engaged with pilot to get our books up to date for 2024 and keep us up to date going forward in 2025.
