**What do you dislike about PeopleSpheres?**

Perhaps a simpler usability would be needed for some functions

  ### 2. Data Centralization: An Innovative Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2021

**What do you like best about PeopleSpheres?**

PeopleSpheres helps me a lot in my daily tasks: we have just one single portal to access all the software we use every day. We don't have to search for information everywhere, we really have everything in one place. The managers are very happy with the tool, they approve employees' leave directly on the mobile app. And we can geolocate employees on the move if needed.

**What do you dislike about PeopleSpheres?**

I would like them to add more partners to their marketplace so that we can choose from more software and switch easily. But since they can connect to everything on demand, we manage as it is.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleSpheres:**

Ask questions about data normalization to better understand how the tool works, it's fascinating

**What problems is PeopleSpheres solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PeopleSpheres helps us a lot to truly centralize HR information and access all our systems through a single portal. The platform empowers employees and allows them to update their information themselves. Everything is digitized and done directly online, and it changes our lives.

  ### 3. The HR solution I needed all along

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2021

**What do you like best about PeopleSpheres?**

PeopleSpheres saved us from having to switch to a completely new vendor. Our goal was to have everything in once place so that we can have a cohesive HR department with centralized HR data. And they delivered just that! The implementation process was easy too. Much easier than other HR system implemenations I had gone through in the past.

**What do you dislike about PeopleSpheres?**

The solution is only as good as the tools you connect to it. Some of the tools we use have limitations when it comes to functionality and there is often no way around it other than to change the other provider.

**What problems is PeopleSpheres solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Each of our HR teams across our different locations used to have a different combination of tools for their procedures, such as performance reviews and tracking vacation requests. Being able to do any standard reporting or comparison across locations was impossible. Now we have standardized processes, and our data is consistent across the entire HR department.
