What do you like best about PeopleSpheres?

PeopleSpheres helps me a lot in my daily tasks: we have just one single portal to access all the software we use every day. We don't have to search for information everywhere, we really have everything in one place. The managers are very happy with the tool, they approve employees' leave directly on the mobile app. And we can geolocate employees on the move if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeopleSpheres?

"The HR solution I needed all along"

What do you like best about PeopleSpheres?

PeopleSpheres saved us from having to switch to a completely new vendor. Our goal was to have everything in one place so that we can have a cohesive HR department with centralized HR data. And they delivered just that! The implementation process was easy too. Much easier than other HR system implementations I had gone through in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PeopleSpheres?

The solution is only as good as the tools you connect to it. Some of the tools we use have limitations when it comes to functionality and there is often no way around it other than to change the other provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PeopleSpheres solving and how is that benefiting you?

Each of our HR teams across our different locations used to have a different combination of tools for their procedures, such as performance reviews and tracking vacation requests. Being able to do any standard reporting or comparison across locations was impossible. Now we have standardized processes, and our data is consistent across the entire HR department.
