We adopted Peakflo specifically for its Agentic Workflows capability, and it has exceeded expectations. Invoice data extraction runs at 95%+ accuracy, three-way matching happens automatically, and the system flags anomalies for human review rather than requiring us to check every single transaction. What truly impressed us is how the AI agents interact with our existing internal systems: they log into our web apps, pull data, cross-reference with purchase orders, and take action essentially replicating what a human AP clerk would do, but at 10x the speed and without errors.
The voice AI for collections follow-ups is something we are just starting to pilot, and early results show higher response rates than email alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Agentic Workflow features are powerful but still maturing. We encountered a few edge cases where the AI agent misclassified an invoice type, which required manual correction.
