**What do you like best about Peakflo?**

Very helpful customer success in-charge person - Zach. In terms of product, Peakflo tried to accommodate to our Company's request and customise accordingly.

**What do you dislike about Peakflo?**

Some of the aesthetic / display of information is not required, could be better refined. Also when I export out information to excel, it only exported the page that I'm viewing, i.e. if I view 10 items, it only export 10 lines rather than based on the period that I'm filtering, which is unusual.

**What problems is Peakflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are merging the PO to payment into Peakflo, and then it can sync into our ERP (XERO). Easier to view and manage everything into one software.

**What do you like best about Peakflo?**

We adopted Peakflo specifically for its Agentic Workflows capability, and it has exceeded expectations. Invoice data extraction runs at 95%+ accuracy, three-way matching happens automatically, and the system flags anomalies for human review rather than requiring us to check every single transaction. What truly impressed us is how the AI agents interact with our existing internal systems: they log into our web apps, pull data, cross-reference with purchase orders, and take action essentially replicating what a human AP clerk would do, but at 10x the speed and without errors. 

The voice AI for collections follow-ups is something we are just starting to pilot, and early results show higher response rates than email alone.

**What do you dislike about Peakflo?**

The Agentic Workflow features are powerful but still maturing. We encountered a few edge cases where the AI agent misclassified an invoice type, which required manual correction.

I would also like to see more granular audit logging for AI-driven decisions knowing why the agent made a specific routing decision would help with our internal compliance requirements.

**What problems is Peakflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our month-end close, which used to take 10 business days, now takes 3.

Customization Approval workflow and automatically posting to Accounting systems also integrations with Slack is very helpful dan powerful for time management (approval flow)

Sometime bug/errors is find from external, example; update from another peakflo's client will damage to our tenant

**What do you like best about Peakflo?**

What I like about Peakflo is that this application really helps me speed up the invoicing process to customers, just by using soft copy documents, and without having to wait a long time, the invoice can be directly integrated with the customer. Thus, we as suppliers do not need a long time or process to send invoices to suppliers. I hope more customers will use Peakflo for smoother business operations. Thank you to Peakflo ;)

**What do you dislike about Peakflo?**

As for the drawbacks, hmm it seems there aren't any.. I am very happy to be able to use peakflo.

For this peakflow, it is very helpful for us to control and remind invoices that are due and overdue. We can also communicate directly with customers within peakflo via WhatsApp Business after 24 hours. The customer portal available in email or WhatsApp invoice makes it very easy for customers to make payments.

We are using Peakflo and there are some issues; it feels slow when searching for customers and invoices that we want to check.

The default interface clutters the screen with unused fields, like different date inputs, confused the user during processing. The portal becomes lagging when more data uploaded.

AI matching from physical invoice against system purchase order. It’s help to replace the current manual checking process on the data.

- Suitable for small to medium companies
- Able to a full range of Procure to Pay functions including Budget with audit trail
- Supports OCR for bills
- Able to interface to  some of the accounting software such as Xero

**What do you dislike about Peakflo?**

- May not able to cater to certain requirements of the company such as:-
1. Purchase Order closure functions (currently require user to amend the original Purchase Order amount individually to allow the system to close the Purchase Order)
2. System to trigger or disallow Bills to go through if above certain threshold amount
3. Budget should cater to exclusive of any tax that is withhold or paid to government bodies on behalf of the company as it is not a pure expenses to the business

- Reporting requirement is basic, user would need Peakflo to customised the report to be able to cater to users requirements

Previously, all invoices received by supplier is manually approved and the status of the invoices are manually tracked.
With Peakflo, the system that provides real time tracking from creation to approval up to invoicing and payment.

- As Peakflo is also a start up founded 3 years ago (2021), I understand there are things that the company still need to developed, I am waiting for more features that help companies and finance professional to do their job better and meaningful (i.e. use of ai and machine learning to analyze and give useful insight of our transaction, mobile app version in IOS and Android ecosytem)

Great help to our AR collection process

Software's interface is user-friendly, allowing the team to pick up and use it quickly.

Spandan and team are very responsive and will try their best to come up with solutions on the issues  we encountered.

**What do you dislike about Peakflo?**

Loading time of certain reports or features can take awhile due to larger data.

Page will auto refresh back to default when clicked the "go back button", thus having to refilter the information again. 

More flexibilty in their standard reports to allow additional field/information when required.

**What problems is Peakflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Auomtation of sending out reminders so that reminders will not be missed out as compared to handling it manually. More time can be saved on and use it more effiectively on other matters. 

Better communcation within the team as tasks can be assigned to each other and be notified/tracked so that no task will be missed out.

User-Friendly Interface: The software's interface is user-friendly and straightforward, which makes it easy for our team to navigate and use effectively.

Insightful Data Presentation: The inclusion of charts and graphs for data visualization is helpful. It provides a clear overview, allowing us to identify trends and make informed decisions.

Comprehensive Tools: The software offers a range of tools that cater to our specific collection needs. From automated reminders to customer portals and integration with NetSuite, these tools have streamlined our processes.

Responsive Customer Support: Mas Rizki has been responsive and accommodating, very helpful whenever we've encountered challenges or needed assistance. He took the feedback and developed solutions to untangle me from my credit collection problem.

**What do you dislike about Peakflo?**

I've noticed that the loading time of certain pages in the software can be a bit slow, especially when dealing with a large number of outstanding invoices per customer. It appears that the speed may depend on the volume of data being processed. While this hasn't been a major issue for us, it's something worth considering, especially for businesses dealing with a high volume of transactions.

**What problems is Peakflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated Due Date Reminders and Warning Letters: The automated reminders and warning letters have been a game-changer for our credit collection process. They ensure that we never miss a deadline to remind our customers for their due date, and they're an effective way to nudge our customers about their outstanding payments. This feature alone has significantly improved our credit collection efforts.

Customer Portal: The inclusion of a customer portal is a fantastic addition. It allows our customers to access their accounts, review their outstanding balances, and make payments conveniently. This transparency has enhanced our client relationships and made the payment process smoother for both parties.

Direct Integration with NetSuite: The seamless integration with NetSuite has been a huge time-saver. It automatically updates our financial records once a payment is made through the virtual account, eliminating the need for manual data entry. This integration has increased our efficiency and reduced the chances of errors.

**What do you like best about Peakflo?**

Very strong customer service with a huge focus on the customer experience. The numerous customisations available were fantastic. 

I'm particularly grateful for the strong support from Soumyadev, Saurabh and Dmitry in building up the various customised functions in peakflo for us, on top of the great features that the default peakflo account already has, such as whatsapp chatbot, automated whatsapp and email notifications to vendors subsequent to payments and to customers for overdue invoices and SOAs.

**What do you dislike about Peakflo?**

Us being the first MS NAV customer meant that Hai Sia was the first for many things that Peakflo was trying to build for us. But this was perfectly ameliorated by the great support from the Peakflo team.

Whatsapp and email notifications to vendors and relevant stakeholders after payments made to them.
Whatsapp and email notifications to customers for periodic SOAs, overdue invoices etc.

So far the ability to customize each workflow based on the client's tagging. It helps to properly group our client and escalate it to the correct leads

Not able to showcase a consolidated view for all of our subsidiaries. Would be great if Peakflo can also bundle all of our invoices and reminders as a big group

Peakflo currently helps us on the invoice reminders. We are able to automate the reminders now without worrying of having to send out manual emails

**What do you like best about Peakflo?**

Peakflo has helped the team a lot in terms of the automation of sending of reminder letters, SMS reminders, and even letters of demand. Especially when since we used to do this process manually. I love how Peakflo offers a lot of options and customizations in terms of editing workflows and as well as the necessary placeholder needed in any given situation.

**What do you dislike about Peakflo?**

I think when I was exploring some processes before and clicked the tutorial, I noticed that some of the tutorials are not updated and some of the file templates are not very much aligned when compared to the actual files being used to upload or update in the system.

**What problems is Peakflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving us a lot of time since we can send our emails automatically using Peakflo. With this, we are able to make use of our time on more things that require us to prioritize. Also, this enables us to see the status of our financials in a much clearer visual which saves us again a lot of time from manually making reports to oversee the status of our company.

**What do you like best about Peakflo?**

Our Finance team is quite happy with the Peakflo product.  We believe it saves us time and effort in managing our accounts receivables.

Customised workflows are useful because we can design a workflow to suit our customers.  This means we can include reminder emails, SMS messages and phone calls.  We can also customise the text in these messages and customise in terms of timing and frequency.

**What do you dislike about Peakflo?**

Occasional hiccups with invoice payments not syncing with Peakflo meaning our customers are sometimes reminded about invoices they have already paid.

**What problems is Peakflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing aged receivables is a hands-on practise that involves contacting customers and tracking down money. Managing past-due invoices and communicating with customers can be time-consuming, but it is a critical part of our cashflow management.

The dashboard, where you can easily find the reports you need. And it loads quickly without delay when searching for details or account information of customers.

Maybe, it should also be possible to put or add features here that can encode the history of follow-ups with customers (like calls, text/sms or skip tracing). Always have a basis, especially for those customers who are difficult to talk to, take a long time not being contacted, have billing complaints, and take a long time to pay their receivables.

Sending reminders is easy; no need to send them manually. So customers receive their billing reminders on time. And know immediately if customers have a problem with their billing.

Peakflo is very easy to use. Onboarding to Peakflo was pretty straightforward - we didn't encounter many issues. The team behind Peakflo is also very responsive to questions.

The payload gets too heavy. When sending an update request to Peakflo with just the required attributes and the values I want updated, some existing values get removed if it's not included in the payload sent. For example, if I want to update the total outstanding amount, I still need to send all the line items even if nothing has changed since they will get deleted if they're not in the payload.

I feel that Peakflo's workflow automation has the flexibility to cater to various business needs. It is highly customizable and would definitely recommend for startup companies, especially for those using common account systems whereby the data can be easily mapped over to Peakflo's platform.

Peakflo does not yet have the capability to sync data at an order tracking level, therefore our day-to-day operations data is not visible via the platform. I could only use the platform for invoicing and accounting reporting purposes.

Peakflo helps by eliminating manual processes that used to be in place. The timely and periodic automatic triggering of payment reminder emails to our clients has greatly improved our debt recovery process.

- Customizable workflows for A/R tasks (i.e., sending reminders to clients, and many other items like sending SMS, or email, etc.)
- Client Portal where clients can check their account status
- As a Quickbooks Online user, I like that it marks my client's invoices as "Paid" when they pay through the Peakflo portal
- I like seeing in a dashboard how much people owe me, who are my highest overdue, etc.
- The price is budget-friendly compared to other providers.

**What do you dislike about Peakflo?**

- The app still feels like it is in developmental stages because the UI is not, at many times, self explanatory.
- There is a lack of professional feel in the client portal, which is essential for us since it affects Customer Experience.
- When a Client has already paid through the portal, the tags still indicate that payment is "due" or "overdue" due to a limitation on Peakflo's end.  The tag only changes to fully "paid" after money is received credit to our bank accounts which takes as much as 7-8 days to process for credit card payments.  Thus, on the client's end, they can get confused.  They informed me that there is currently no workaround for this...

Lastly, I hate that it advertises $99/month, but when they invoice me the charges, I am asked to pay via Bank Transfer which is very inconvenient as a Corporate bank user.  I asked to pay via Credit Card, and they charged me extra money to pay via credit card.  Credit Card Processing Fees are always covered by application providers, based on my experience as someone who used many apps personally and professionally. No one has ever asked me to pay extra if I want to pay via credit card.  Moreover, as an online service provider like Peakflo, it is a given that most people, if not all, will pay via credit card and not bank transfers.

As a business with numerous invoices per week, being able to consolidate the payments automatically in Quickbooks account has been Godsend.
It has definitely made work processes quicker.

I am currently responsible to review and implement all third party softwares internally for our organisation, by far this has been the best experience interacting with a Saas company. Right from the first demo to our onbaording and then a dedicated customer support everything was delightful and above expectations. The internal coordination (Sales & Product), committments and expectation setting was the best part. There was an answer / solution of almost 90% of our custom requirements (might be even more). It was not only about selling the software subscription but to understand the use case and provide that value addition along with it.

**What do you dislike about Peakflo?**

Can't really think of one there was nothing as such to dislike, I only regret we couldn't proceed further using Peakflo for our internal operations because of a few internal use cases and workarounds from our in-house product. We would give a thought to reevaluate once we scale up our ops in the coming future and have core prds for our AP & AR.

**What problems is Peakflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Peakflo sorted out our challenge to manually track account receivables and provided that visibility with dates and amounts to our entire organization. We could create tasks for our credit control team and have transparency for every payment that was received along with promise to pay dates etc..
