I am extremely dissatisfied with Paytient due to several critical issues. My biggest frustration is the card freezing without any prior notification. This has severely disrupted my ability to use it for necessary medical and veterinary expenses. The process to resolve this is painfully inefficient; even after providing all verification documents swiftly, my card remained frozen for over five days instead of the promised 24 hours. This situation is exacerbated by very poor customer service, as they failed to process my documentation on time, leaving me unable to access funds when needed. Moreover, communications from customer service are lacking in urgency and concern, which is appalling given how crucial access to funds is during medical situations. Additionally, I find the initial setup of Paytient challenging and not user-friendly at all. Overall, my experience with Paytient has been overwhelmingly negative, to the point where I can't recommend it to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
