I use Parcel Tracker every day at work. It replaced our outdated hand written recording postal system. PT is far more accurate and secure. The ease of masking entries on a mobile phone to record and photo the parcels makes life a lot easier. It also gives you something to refer back to if a parcel is reported lost - you can prove you have delivered it from the photo!

**What do you dislike about Parcel Tracker Mailroom?**

Nothing to dislike - all good. I thought I preferred paper and pen, but once you use the app, you realise it is much better.

Gives you security of information. When delivering a parcel, you can photo it in situ to help prove delivery. The app saves a lot of confusion.

Very user friendly software.  Easy to set up recipients.  For us it was important that you could add multiple emails for notification and Parcel Tracker was the only one out of the apps we were looking at that offered that feature. The times we've had issues, customer support has been quick in resolving the issues.  I thought with us in Canada and the app based out of the UK, support would be an issue because of the time difference and I've always gotten a response right away.

Sometimes the android app is glitchy but this has always been resolved right away.

Parcel Tracker has allowed us to more efficiently track when packages are picked up and more importantly who picked them up.  In case in package is misplaced, we know who had collected the package.

Great app for going digital, especially in residential settings. Prior to Parcel, our tracking system for senior residents involved manually logging items in and out of a binder, which had its own pros and cons. Parcel allows us to better track packages, especially in situations where staff, residents, or couriers cannot provide clear answers. The web browser interface is fantastic for visual learners—you can create customized views to filter what is and isn’t needed.

Images do not always upload after submitting. It would be helpful if the app automatically prompted a photo instead of requiring the extra step to select “take a photo.” Logged items also do not always sync across different users and devices.

Everything we needed to step away from manual parcel logging we found in Parcel Tracker. It has all features that small or large mailrooms may require - detailed parcel logs, signature collection at check-out, automated notifications by SMS or email. The app is highly customizable and the developers are constantly working to improve it. The interface is intuitive and easy to use and navigate. It also helps to have both desktop version and an iOS/Android app. The price is reasonable for an enterprise, and for a small mailroom the free version is sufficient.

**What do you dislike about Parcel Tracker Mailroom?**

There are a few minor UI bugs and some helpful fields/features are currently missing. The phone/tablet app was glitchy at first and didn't sync properly, but that was fixed. It would be great to be able to assign more than one email per notification, hopefully that gets added in the future. In general, the developers listen to the issues and are highly interested in making the product better with future updates.

I save time organizing parcels with Parcel Tracker Mailroom by being able to scan them. I find the customer service second to none, as any problems are dealt with very quickly. The app is very quick and efficient when it's working properly. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus for me.

Recently there has been an update and it has caused a bit of a problem for us as we have more work when searching for a parcel. It is harder now for us to see how many parcels are in storage when looking at the app.

The app can’t be used when the Wi‑Fi is down, which delays accurate package tracking and makes it harder to track packages correctly.

We’ve been using Parcel Tracker for several years now and it continues to deliver. It was super simple to get started. The app is incredibly intuitive, and our team loves how easy it is to scan, notify, and manage incoming packages with their phone (no equipment to buy). We use it every day and this app has made our check-in/check-out process much more efficient and has saved us a ton of time. The web dashboard is also super helpful.

Easy to upload lists and edit them as required. We have a concierge who is backfilled for vacation and sick time, so we need to teach new folks how to use the system all the time. Very intuitive and easy for us.
We have variable periods of volume, so I switch between the free and paid subscriptions, so we only pay for what we need. I messed up on the billing cycle, but they refunded me for the months that we had low volumes.

Had one occasion where we ended up having to change the password. Not sure what the issue was or even if it was one of our temporary people that did something , but was easily resolved.

Quick and easy to scan in and out - makes reception job a lot easier - Notifys residents who are given a bar code which makes them feel more secure about their parcels too and photo evidence of what the parcels look like is always a bonus too as helps us locate the parcels if different staff are working

Very occasionally, an email doesn't notify the resident that there parcel has arrived but this has never caused any issues for us and is still registered on our system so we have proof it's arrived.

Honestly has made our parcel system so much easier as before we were using pen and paper and it was an absolute nightmare! Haven't encountered many so far.  We've had a syncing issue once with the data showing on different devices but that was rare.

I like how easy to use this software is and how quickly it is to learn; you'll be logging parcels in minutes! It automatically emails residents so you can just scan and wait for them to come and collect their package.

Collection is easy, they just bring the QR code which is sent to their email, you scan this, collect the parcel and sign. It saves a lot of time so you can get on with other work.

**What do you dislike about Parcel Tracker Mailroom?**

The software can struggle to recognise some names, in particular it does not seem to like international names. It is very easy to find a resident manually, so this is not a big problem, but it can sometimes be frustrating. 

It can also be a little slow to update sometimes so you have to manually force sync the server, this does not take long so it's not a big problem either but I find myself doing this more often than I would like.

The main benefit I have found is how time-saving it is. It takes a fraction of the time to log and collect parcels than it did before, this gives you much more time to get on with other work that I was struggling to sometimes get done due to the time I was spending logging and getting parcels before.

As it automatically sends emails to residents, I have found they are coming to collect their packages much quickly and, the post room seems far less cluttered as more parcels are being collected faster.
