-Minor bugs or technical issues experienced with UI functions like light and dark mode causing navigational buttons to disappear in app when used on certain mobile devices.

-If you have a large volume of customers pre-loaded into Parcel Tracker the auto recommend who the parcel belongs to feature can sometimes recommend not the exact right person but close name matches, which just requires some care when selecting to ensure the right recipient is chosen. honestly i don’t really dislike anything about it 😭 the only thing is sometimes the Mail app on iphone can be a bit delayed with the notifications, so maybe having a Parcel Tracker Mailroom app that sends the notification straight away would be nice. other than that i don’t really have any complaints. I like that Parcel Tracker Mailroom is handy because it's an app I can access on my phone, which helps me manage parcels effectively. They have a good track record. I enjoy the ability to take pictures of parcels and include them along with the tracking number, making it very easy to locate parcels. When sending an email to the receiver, they can also see the picture of the parcel they are expecting. I like that after working out all the debugging with the support system, I can just scan and go, which makes the mailing situation so much more organized and neat. I use Parcel Tracker every day at work. It replaced our outdated hand written recording postal system. PT is far more accurate and secure. The ease of masking entries on a mobile phone to record and photo the parcels makes life a lot easier. Very user friendly software. Easy to set up recipients. For us it was important that you could add multiple emails for notification and Parcel Tracker was the only one out of the apps we were looking at that offered that feature. The times we've had issues, customer support has been quick in resolving the issues. I thought with us in Canada and the app based out of the UK, support would be an issue because of the time difference and I've always gotten a response right away.
