Parcel Tracker has completely transformed how we manage incoming packages. As a corporate mailroom serving both our business and tenants, we rely heavily on the ability to document exactly what happens to each parcel. The feature that lets us note where a package was left—like “on their desk”—has been a game-changer. When someone asks about a delivery from months ago, I can instantly pull up the record, see what we did with it, and even view photos. It’s like having an insurance policy for every package.
The app is incredibly easy to use, and the developers are constantly rolling out updates that make it even better. It’s clear they listen to user feedback. Speaking of which, their customer support is phenomenal—responsive, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I’ve never felt so supported by an app team before.
