**What do you like best about Oxalys?**

Incorporation of Oxalys advanced our insightful expenditure. The consolidation of all purchase orders, invoices and supplier data is quite helpful to track expenses and obtain ideas that can generate the most savings.

**What do you dislike about Oxalys?**

The workflows within Oxalys started to get rather rigid and slow as the size of the team and procurement requirements increased. This to some extent counteracted the gains in time made by this form of automation.

**What problems is Oxalys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oxalys was beneficial in establishing a starting point for the procurement functions and budgetary control over our expenses. It can help in tracking of requisition, supplier relationship and to maintain the policies of the company.

**What do you like best about Oxalys?**

As for Oxalys, it provided on its strategy and ambition to fully dematerialise the procurement process. They include such essential daily operations as creating purchase orders and handling invoices, which take less of my team’s time.

**What do you dislike about Oxalys?**

The approval processes, as the observers pointed out, can be rather tiresome. Sourcing approvals for purchases in the system can be a long drawn process and involves a lot of formalities.

**What problems is Oxalys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have found Oxalys useful because it has helped in refining most manual procurement processes. This relieves my team and allows them to give more time to strategic projects.
