The onboarding was smooth, and the interface looked promising. The trial version worked well and didn’t expose the deeper issues we later encountered. At first glance, it felt like a polished and capable platform, which made us hopeful about using it long-term. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At the beginning of the year, we purchased a subscription to start using the platform. In the end, we lost a huge amount of time and money due to their buggy software. The customer service is terrible — extremely slow responses and no real help. They don’t acknowledge their own issues and refuse to issue refunds. It honestly feels like a scam.
Even after canceling the subscription (which had to be done outside of their platform), we’re still receiving invoices and receipts.
