The onboarding was smooth, and the interface looked promising. The trial version worked well and didn’t expose the deeper issues we later encountered. At the beginning of the year, we purchased a subscription to start using the platform. In the end, we lost a huge amount of time and money due to their buggy software. The customer service is terrible — extremely slow responses and no real help. They don’t acknowledge their own issues and refuse to issue refunds. It honestly feels like a scam.
Even after canceling the subscription (which had to be done outside of their platform), we’re still receiving invoices and receipts.
