I have been using OutcomeMD for about 6 months and I admit that there are some features that can be improve. I had trouble at the beginning and it took some time to understand how to use the platform. To be honest, the only way that I was able to get through this was by the help of Jessica Rains and Alexa Abaya. They were all so responsive and always making time for me. They are patience and easy to talk to. I love how Jessica makes these training videos so I can refer to when I need it. Alexa helps a lot to clarify anything that's needed too. Overall, I appreciate them both a lot and look forward to continuing to use OutcomeMD for a long time and of course, I hope to continue to work with Jessica and Alexa. - The reports that I need to pull is very wordy and has too many info that's not needed
- The average score that is show does not mean anything to help us figure out how the patient is doing.
- When I add items to the "Ad Hoc" section and input a specific date, for some reason, the date shown is the day before. (ie: input Feb 2nd, 2023, and when it's stamped in the system, it shows Feb 1ts, 2023.)
-I don't get any alert of when I need to follow up with the patient. I would need to log in everyday and go directly to the "management" section to see the list of alert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
