Being able to predict client medical issues in the near future had created a huge change and trust that our community knows we are looking out for them. Olio provides an easy way for healthcare providers to track their patients' progress throughout post-acute care. Sometimes when tracking a patient and their progress needs to be transferred between two departments, such as a physician and a specialist, the specialist needs a simplified version of the patient history, rather than full details.
