The best thing about this site is wherever there is a surplus of food, people for consumption less than wasting that food. We can donate the food to people in need. **What do you dislike about Olio?** There is nothing much to dislike this, but the frontend and the performance of this must be improved so that more and more people like to use the app without any frustration **What problems is Olio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Firstly, whenever any event is planned in my community, and the food is leftover, it makes us happy that without throwing that food into the trash, we feed it to those who genuinely need it. Secondly, not only need food, clothes, and other essential commodities, we can deliver them wherever needed without wasting and creating a dump of those commodities. Thirdly, this initiative is, most importantly, reducing household waste, which creates havoc in the surroundings. ### 2. The app is very user-friendly and makes it easy for me to find local food banks and charities that accept food donations. I love that I can take a photo of the excess food I have, add a description and post it on the app for someone nearby to pick up. One of the things that I appreciate most about the app is the ability to track the impact of my donations. I can see how much food I have saved from going to waste and how many people I have helped. It gives me a sense of satisfaction knowing that I am making a difference in my community. **What do you dislike about Olio?** Some areas could be improved. The app would benefit from a built-in messaging system for coordinating pick-up times. Currently, donors and recipients have to exchange contact information through the app, which is a bit cumbersome. A built-in messaging system would make the process smoother and more efficient.
