My favorite part about ReachInbox is the depth of automation they have built in to the platform. At every turn, I find they have already considered and accomodated the challenges I face. I find the platform intuitive and easy to use. And of course, the customer support is top notch! These folks really understand their platform and have worked with me through some very technical challenges (I'm a heavy API user). The only thing I wish ReachInbox had is the ability to schedule campaign messages to be delivered on a specific date rather than relative to the time the lead was added to the campaign. This is just something that would be very nice to have and would expand the possible use cases for me and my clients, but it's not mission-critical.
