My favorite part about ReachInbox is the depth of automation they have built in to the platform. At every turn, I find they have already considered and accomodated the challenges I face. I find the platform intuitive and easy to use. And of course, the customer support is top notch! These folks really understand their platform and have worked with me through some very technical challenges (I'm a heavy API user). The only thing I wish ReachInbox had is the ability to schedule campaign messages to be delivered on a specific date rather than relative to the time the lead was added to the campaign. This is just something that would be very nice to have and would expand the possible use cases for me and my clients, but it's not mission-critical. A few of the features that I really love about Reachinbox is the unlimited email accounts feature, spintax, multile users, multiple workspaces and AI campaign creator off the top of my head. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Deliverability is always a challenge. A built in inbox placement testing service would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have a very friendly interface and easy to use dashboard. In addition, the analytics for your mailbox's health, It is much better than other providers, and you have more control.

Also, the starter plan gives you enough space to get started and get your self in the game compared to other providers that give you very limited features, and you have to get the premium to have a working service.

Also the ability to know your email provider if its Google or MS by displaying a logo and also the ability to filter by provider as well.

This is very helpful if you have so many mailboxes to avoid confusion.

I think it would be great to have a feature for email reply progress in thread . Your email reply progress is saved in the thread with the lead, so when you want to get information from the lead profile and get back to the email, what you've written in the email, should be saved, and you can complete from there. ReachInbox has a fantastic email warm-up system and inbox rotation feature. When you add an email to the warmup the system checks if the authentication settings (e.g. SPF, DMARC) are in place correctly. It would be great to add more filters and labels to sort replies-making the process of handling multiple inboxes much easier. Additionally, more native integrations would be very interesting. Having a built-in CRM connection would also save users a lot of time and contribute to automating things. That said, Zapier is doing good - it’s a suggestion for making things smoother like what exists in HubSpot.
