Hired Original Shift to get us on track. **What do you like best about Original Shift?** The team atmosphere, from sales to scoping to implementation and delivery were the best I have seen. It worked flawlessly and they delivered more than they scoped within time and budget. **What do you dislike about Original Shift?** No downside. We did not experience a single problem **Recommendations to others considering Original Shift:** I highly recommend Original Shift for any issues with Salesforce CPQ utilization **What problems is Original Shift solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our business problem was an inability to accurately track renewals which resulted in loss of revenue and confused customers. Our business had grown rapidly and our quoting did not keep up with demand, hence the need for CPQ. OrginialShift helped us frame up the solution using CPQ by producing an amazing SOW. They were able to deliver on everything we needed and outlined in the SOW. **What do you like best about Original Shift?** They are smart! Especially with implementing a system like CPQ you want to ensure that you work with someone that gets it fast and can give you options on how the solution can be implemented. The deliver what they promise, alert you to risks in real time and are very delightful to work with. **What do you dislike about Original Shift?** I know this sounds crazy, but I cannot think of a single bad thing to list here. The were able to guide us through options, build out the solution, demo and work with our change management team to roll this out to our users. Implementing CPQ is hard. It is especially hard when you have multiple streams of payment and a rapidly growing business. Having a trusted partner is key to delivering this essential capability to your business. Their experience and expertise really helped shape our internal processes. They were truly consultants that were as interested in helping with our process as they were with the actual implementation. - The project was well organized and structured with complete transparency. We always knew where the project stood, and things ran on schedule and on budget. Both very important given the scope and complexity of the project. -The team and people were all fantastic! Everyone was very easy to work. They struck a great balance between challenging some of our processes and thoughts vs being accommodating when needed. It was always clear that they really understood the capabilities of CPQ and also had very creative solutions when something required some customization. One of the best teams I've worked with in a long time! **What do you dislike about Original Shift?** I don't have any dislikes. I have worked with many consultants and complex implementations over the years and this is one of the best teams I've worked with. Really have deep CPQ and Salesforce expertise. **What problems is Original Shift solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to increase efficiencies and accuracy around our Quoting process. We have been able to vastly reduce pricing errors while implementing many more controls around the pricing and quotes.
