
Optoro's system, Optiturn, gives us the flexibilty we were looking for in a Returns system. Allowing us to create logic on how best to manage returned goods to fit our needs allowing us to reduce handling and speed the right product back to where we need it. It has grown with new features which in turn has allowed us to keep up with the growth of our own business needs.
