**What do you like best about Optoro?**

Optoro's system, Optiturn, gives us the flexibilty we were looking for in a Returns system.  Allowing us to create logic on how best to manage returned goods to fit our needs allowing us to reduce handling and speed the right product back to where we need it.  It has grown with new features which in turn has allowed us to keep up with the growth of our own business needs.
Implementation was a positive experiance.
Support team is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Optoro?**

Optoro's reporting system is challenging for those of us who are used to real time data and all reports being 100% in sync.  Optoro's team is constantly working on improvements.

**What problems is Optoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primary problem Optoro solves for us is how to sort returns upon receipt to ensure we put back to stock only those units which we need and all others are accounted for but sorted away into their appropirate channels such as Outlet, Donation, and Dispose.

**What do you like best about Optoro?**

Optoro has integrations for the main solutions in the world of e-commerce. This makes it a very versatile tool; I can adapt it to any type of store. The solutions provided by the platform help me improve customer satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Optoro?**

As it is a little-known tool, customers are a little reluctant to integrate it into their customer satisfaction management and improvement plan.

**What problems is Optoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We integrate Optoro into the stores of clients who come from the retail or apparel fashion industry. It helps me from an operational point of view, by allowing us to provide a quick solution to customer dissatisfaction. In this way, we avoid bad reviews, negative comments on social networks and strengthen the brand image. By providing a quick and effective solution to the problem, we contribute to the development of the store's loyalty program.

It was simple, easy to use, and easy to implement with the other platforms i use.

**What do you dislike about Optoro?**

Maybe have more customer features to make the returns process more simplified. Also, Customer Support could improve in terms of communication.

**What problems is Optoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to implement Optoro with Shopify, Slack and Gorgias.

It's good for workers since it's User friendly and has images that help understand the processes

**What do you dislike about Optoro?**

Application do not have many capabilities and it's very easy to make mistakes because of the lack of rules in the system

**What problems is Optoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to add more rules, so it gives error when worked make mistakes in the scanning
