What do you like best?
I LOVE almost everything about Optimal Workshop. I think the what I like best is the price and pricing structure. It makes it really easy for my organization to pay for what we need when we need it and not watch money go down the drain during some less used times. I also love how easy it is to set up tests. I was fairly new to UX research when I started using the tool and was able to pick up on the tool and the tests very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I can think of is the inability to split audiences in one test. We had to run almost 4 of the same tests but had to separate it out to capture the audience segmentation. Having the ability to do this in the tool would be really nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you like best?
It is a really structured way to gather real user feedback about the IA or navigation of your website. The tool also provide you with helpful results analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
The cost plans are frustrating. It is expensive to recruit through them, so seems to cheaper to have a monthly plan - however they still charge extra for the recruitment. Feels money grabbing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
