**What do you like best about Opsyte?**

Opsyte allows me to manage my workforce and plan their scheduling as well as payroll. The interface is extremely easy to use, and has increased my efficiency. Additionally, the analytics dashboard is great help that helps me manage information.

**What do you dislike about Opsyte?**

While there is not much that I dislike about the software, I do feel that there is scope to enhance the mobile app interface and make the document uploading process easier.

**What problems is Opsyte solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me plan scheduling and payroll management, which has in turn increased my efficiency. Having all relevant information at one place, and being able to convey it to the staff via the software has reduced the scope of error and increased transparency.
