**What do you like best about OOTI?**

I use OOTI daily for all billing and accounting tracking of projects. It centralizes and allows everything to be grouped in one place, which keeps the files up to date without much effort. I like the ability to create links with other platforms and to globalize everything. The navigation is simple and intuitive, and it's very efficient. We have an internal cloud connected to OOTI, and during a global update, all the information automatically links, making it easier to track accounts in a project. I have always used OOTI in this company and it's really great. I found the initial setup very easy, I hardly had to do anything. I would give it a 10/10, it's the best.

**What do you dislike about OOTI?**

Sometimes invoices take a little time to be created. And when an invoice is modified, the change is not always retained after it has already been saved.

**What problems is OOTI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use OOTI to centralize billing and accounting tracking for projects, and it keeps everything up to date easily. It facilitates the connection between our internal cloud and project accounting, making tracking simpler. The navigation is intuitive and efficient.
