**What do you like best about OnPrintShop?**

OnPrintShop is how easy and seamless the entire process is. From the online designer studio to order management, everything is well integrated and user-friendly. The real-time support is definitely a highlight, whenever we have a question or need assistance, their team is quick to help, which has been a huge time-saver for us.

The most helpful feature for us has been the print order management system. It’s really streamlined our order processing, reduced human error, and cut down on customer service expenses. The ability to manage everything from one dashboard has been a game changer, especially as we’ve scaled.

Another upside is how flexible the platform is. We’ve been able to expand our customer base and increase our online presence, thanks to the easy-to-use tools OnPrintShop provides. It’s an all-in-one solution that lets us focus on what we do best printing, while they handle the tech side of things.

**What do you dislike about OnPrintShop?**

The only downside I’d mention is that there could be more customization options for certain features. While OnPrintShop covers most of what we need, sometimes we wish there was a bit more flexibility in how we can tailor things to suit our specific processes.

Also, while their support is fantastic, I think they could improve self-service resources like guides or FAQs, especially for more complex tasks. It would save us time when trying to figure out how to use certain features without always needing to reach out for assistance.

**What problems is OnPrintShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnPrintShop has been instrumental in solving several key problems for us. First, it’s streamlined our order processing by automating many steps, which has significantly reduced manual errors and the time spent on managing orders. This has led to lower operational costs and improved overall efficiency.

It’s also helped us expand our customer base by providing a user-friendly platform for both B2B and B2C clients to personalize their designs online. The real-time support they offer has been a huge benefit too, whenever issues arise, they’re quick to resolve them, keeping our workflow smooth.

The only thing that was a bit hard is if a specific person needed to address an issue and the time zone was an issue. But this rarely happened!

OnPrintShop has helped address the issue that we were having to have a more user friendly website for our customers. Along with being able to integrate our vendor as well for our products.

**What do you like best about OnPrintShop?**

The platform makes it much easier for us to manage online print orders in one place. We were able to customize the storefront to match our branding, and our clients find it straightforward to place orders. For our team, the order management tools have reduced a lot of manual work, especially when handling repeat jobs or bulk requests. The flexibility to adjust settings as our needs change has been very useful.

**What do you dislike about OnPrintShop?**

The system has a lot of features, which is great in the long run, but it does take time to get familiar with everything. Setting it up to match our exact workflow required some trial and error. Support is generally responsive, though on more complex questions we sometimes needed a couple of follow-ups before reaching the right solution.

**What problems is OnPrintShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before OnPrintShop, most of our orders were handled manually through emails and phone calls, which often slowed things down and sometimes caused errors. Now, our clients can log in to a storefront, place orders, upload files, and track their projects without needing constant follow-ups. On our side, everything is in one system, so we can monitor orders, manage production, and keep jobs on schedule more easily. It has cut down on mistakes, saved time for our staff, and given our customers a more professional and transparent experience.

**What do you like best about OnPrintShop?**

OnPrintShop has transformed how we manage print orders. Its centralized web-to-print platform makes it simple for clients to place orders online, for our team to process them efficiently, and for communication to stay seamless across departments. The system is flexible, intuitive, and highly scalable, which has helped us reduce order entry time, improve internal workflows, and exceed customer expectations.

**What do you dislike about OnPrintShop?**

Initially, there was a learning curve for our staff because the platform offers so many powerful features. However, the onboarding support and training resources provided by OnPrintShop made adoption smoother, and once our team got comfortable, we saw immediate improvements in efficiency and turnaround time.

**What problems is OnPrintShop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We faced challenges with outdated, manual job entry and rigid legacy systems that slowed response times and limited efficiency. OnPrintShop centralized our workflows, automated order processing, and improved internal communication. **What do you like best about OnPrintShop?**

Fantastic value SaaS aimed at the printing industry, albeit it heavily US-centric, which has evolved well over the past few years, and now an a very usable point.  The support team are generally extremely helpful and can achieve most of the hundreds of tweaks and improvements - I've requested (many of which have been long-term UI/UX bugs) and for FREE too! Using it every day helps with the back-end Admin side and there is a lot of scope if you know what you're doing... AND what you want from it. After 3 years of updates and continual changes from my end, I've got it to be world-class and on a level with the better known SaaS.

**What do you dislike about OnPrintShop?**

Has been a long, often frustrating road to get a stable, British/European-centric design ethic and Checkout funnel (until late 2024, it looked and felt like an ugly American-centric set-up] - took months of back and forth to realise PayPal is not a great API (replaced with STRIPE, which their engineering team had done much more back-end work with).  

RadixWeb ONprintshop' Support team, whilst generally prompt and extremely helpful, can be quite robotic, stiff and formulaic in their responses (it's always hyper professional though!), and like most NW Indian business culture I've worked with, they'll never tell you when something is / has gone wrong, and will only ever distract and divert one's attention to say that something is fixed once it is. Sometimes it can take 2-3 goes to get right, with the language barrier (English isn't many of the staff's first (written) language] so actual intentions can get lost in translation.  The UI/UX is the ultimate frustrating stress for me personally. Some really obvious things that could benefit everybody are just ignored, put on the so-called "Wish-List"

However  I've learned to illustrate my often very complicated support tickets (I probably push them more than most of their ONPrintShop clients) with diagrams, screenshots or record video to back up my written text to achieve the best results.  One must add quite a bit to their (sometimes frustrating) infrastructure (although most is hosted now on AWS backbone) and be able to program CSS / HTML to get reasonable results from the SaaS, plus bring in third party accounts and infrastructure to the party e.g. Cloudflare CDN (a must!), Stripe, etc.;  things just break randomly now and again, but to be fair they usually fix them quickly.

Affordable SaaS compared to others which is more focused on the Print industry products than other SaaS out there.

The functionality of the software really streamlines the process flow for a print shop and saves manual time consuming tasks. The support is unmatched, when you need help there is someone always there to help.

The software has so many capabilities it takes a bit to fully understand all you can do, thankfully there team is very helpful and easy to understand on what the software can accomplish.

Time consuming tasks as far as order entry, dialogue between customers and the art upload to approval process.

**What do you like best about OnPrintShop?**

The feature that set OnPrintShop ahead of other web to print solutions was the option to modify text, product options, rules for ordering, and so much more. There is a lot of flexibility built into the OnPrintShop solution software without needing to write any custom code. But there are also options for adding you own CSS and JavaScript.
Their team had the basic website platform built and delivered to us in less than a week and provided 6 months of on demand support via chat and email.
After the initial 6 months, the Support team is still very responsive, even though there is a 12 hour difference from our location to theirs in India. Most support tickets get answered within 24 hours.
Their team has even been willing to make 'on the fly' changes to our specific installation of the solution, and on the next version update they include those changes for everyone.

**What do you dislike about OnPrintShop?**

There are some restrictions on the checkout process that our company feels should be standard, things like order specific rules and charges (not attached to specific products) that wouldn't apply until the user gets to the shopping cart. But when asked if feature like that could be added, we got a hard NO. That may change in future releases, but in the meantime, that makes things a little more difficult for our team.
Another big downside is most 3rd party integrations are not included, you have to pay for them to 'turn it on' and then a yearly fee to maintain it. This is annoying as many other e-commerce solutions make these integrations available at no extra charge (because the 3rd party service often comes with subscription fee). Even just to access their raw API, there are charges. And even then, no webhooks. Please OnPrintShop, make these available as part of the solution subscription and not extra add-ons with the added fees.

Offering our customers a modern, responsive website to order custom prints. The tools allow customers to upload their print files, see pricing and a visual preview, then submit their orders and receive status updates as it moves through the production process.

Replace an existing online printing platform running an old version of Prestashop and build a completely new storefront in a very short time range.

**What do you like best about OnPrintShop?**

Capable of managing from simple printing products to very sophisticated one, like packaging, stickers and labels or wide-format signage, thanks to their very flexible price engine. No-code DNA, thanks to it product managers can plug 3rd party apps, make settings and build products in total autonomy. Performances, especially regarding SEO.
Also a key feature is how they enable to create child storefronts (closed or open), acting as extranets for corporations. Very useful for franchises networks for example

**What do you dislike about OnPrintShop?**

Not something I really dislike, but suggestions to improve translation of backend and helpdesk / FAQ in other languages than english (for example french and spanish). It would make the platform easier to use.

It is also extremely customisable which was important to my brand.

There is nothing that I have come across yet that I can complain or say that I dislike.

Phenomenal, its quality impression its magnificent support and they serve the work in record time ... pity that only for small quantities, if not everything starts to fail... That is to say, from 1000 units, the thing starts to be different ... But even so their service is very good and highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about OnPrintShop?**

At the moment you ask for large quantities the thing comes down (+1000 units of something in color and with photographic quality, for example). They must also improve their after sales service and their billing department, it is very slow and not very agile. The support website could also be better ...

**Recommendations to others considering OnPrintShop:**

I would recommend it for small or medium sized businesses with medium impressions.

not very much. The only issue is repeative use...which is me not the site. The more you use it the better you get.

A great technical, helpful and friendly helpdesk. They're 24/7 at your service.
The product itself is a very good one.  With a lot of features and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about OnPrintShop?**

there are some small issues that come up once in a while, but the technical team is there to solve the issue

Sometimes it's a bit complicated to create a new product.
There are some features that are missing. Fortunately, they update the system with new features each 3 months

I am excited to begin working on the OnPrintShop platform. This is a very intuitive program that offers many variables. After my very thorough training, I am confident that I can utilize the program to its fullest as well as have extensive customer support as needed.

**What do you dislike about OnPrintShop?**

I haven't had a chance to work with the program long, but I do not have any issues and do not expect to have any.
