I also enjoyed how multi-channel communication via social media and mass emails is handled, increasing my effectiveness in reaching and engaging with clients. **What do you dislike about Onet?** While Onet offered a comprehensive set of functionality, I felt that at times the learning curve was very steep for new users. Some additional tutorials or onboarding resources perhaps would be most helpful to enable a user to avail of all the capabilities offered by Onet. **What problems is Onet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Onet manages such crucial challenges of communication management through its integration into email customers, thus providing a unified inbox for several mail accounts and advanced contact management capability. This will add ease of operation, save much time, and improve responsiveness by making sure all communications are stored in one place and accessible from any device. ### 2. It works with my email client and the mobile app, so I can access my emails from any device. It also stores all of my contacts in one place, so I can easily find and edit them. Moreover, it allows me to communicate with my clients through different social media platforms and bulk emails. ONET is a useful tool for me. My primary role when using ONET is to manage my emails and contacts on multiple devices, as well as to communicate with my customers and prospects via different channels **What do you dislike about Onet?** ONET is a platform that has some drawbacks. The mobile app is not user-friendly and it is hard to find the email account I need. The platform is not open source and I wish I could see the code behind it. The app also has performance issues and it often stops working when I send a message with large files or images. ONET is a platform that needs improvement. **What problems is Onet solving and how is that benefiting you?** ONET made email and contact management much easier for us. It works with any device and any email client.
