## About OneCal
OneCal is a calendar platform that syncs iCloud, Outlook, and Google Calendars in real time, provides intuitive Scheduling Links that make booking meetings simple, and lets you view and manage all of your calendars in a unified calendar view. The service is cloud-based, so there is nothing to install, and the setup takes just a few minutes. Main features: • Calendar Synchronization: OneCal is the most advanced Calendar Sync software in the market. You can sync multiple iCloud, Google, and Outlook calendars in real time, so your availability is reflected everywhere and you never get double booked. Syncs can be one-way or multi-way, and you choose exactly which event details are copied, which keeps your personal life private. You can also exclude events from syncing by color or category, color-code the synced events, and add an identifier to cloned events so they are easy to recognize. Every plan includes unlimited sync configurations and unlimited synced events. • Scheduling Links: You can effortlessly manage your appointments, meetings, and events with our user-friendly Scheduling Links, and say goodbye to tedious back-and-forth communication. All plans include unlimited one-on-one and collective booking links. OneCal reads your availability from all of your connected calendars, so invitees only see times when you are truly free. Each link can be customized with meeting durations, time slot intervals, availability schedules, buffer times, minimum notice periods, and limits on how far in advance people can book. You can also ask invitees custom questions, require manual confirmation, show a custom confirmation message, and redirect invitees to your own page after they book. Booking pages can carry your own logo, they can be embedded on your website, and the Premium plan lets you remove OneCal branding completely. • Unified Calendar View: The Unified Calendar View lets you see and manage all of your iCloud, Outlook, and Google Calendars in one place. You can create, edit, and delete events, RSVP to invites, join meetings with one click, hide the clones created by OneCal Calendar Sync, and see when your teammates are available. Available on the App Store and Play Store.. • Mobile and Desktop Apps: You can use all of the OneCal features straight from your preferred device with our iOS, Android, and macOS apps. The mobile apps let you manage your calendar syncs, scheduling links, and calendars right from your phone. • Integrations: OneCal connects with the tools you already use. Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams links are added to your bookings automatically, so every meeting is ready the moment it is scheduled. Through Zapier, you can connect OneCal to thousands of other apps using pre-built triggers and actions. • MCP Server: The OneCal MCP Server gives AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT secure access to your calendars. Your assistant can list your events, check your availability, and create, update, or delete events for you. Built for teams and enterprises: • Admin Managed Accounts: Admins can fully manage the accounts of their team members, as long as each user allows it. • User Provisioning API: The API lets you programmatically invite users, remove users, retrieve existing team members along with their sync usage, and view pending invitations. • OIDC/SAML SSO: Your team can sign in to OneCal through your identity provider, such as Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace, using OpenID Connect or SAML. • SCIM Directory Sync: Team members are automatically provisioned and deprovisioned from your identity provider using the SCIM protocol. • Team management: Pricing is per user, team management is simple and intuitive, and team members can sign up on their own. • Dedicated support: Teams on the Premium plan get dedicated support through Slack or Discord, along with hands-on user onboarding assistance. Security and compliance: • OneCal is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant, and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is included. • OneCal connects to your calendars through OAuth2 and never stores your passwords. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. • OneCal does not store or analyze your calendar event data, and it only asks for the minimal permissions it needs to work. You can try OneCal free for 14 days, and no credit card is required.

I use it to schedule only, not to sync my calendars because when I tried the same meetings came up multiple times in my phone calendar. It may be my issue, but it can be a bit confusing if you are syncing multiple calendars.

  ### 11. I can finally sync my personal and work calendars!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenna P. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

OneCal is the only way I found to consistently sych my work (Outlook) and personal (Google) calendars. I tried all the suggested free methods and none were successful. I rely on both calendars and am so pleased I can see them together everywhere I look! I don't run a business, so I don't take advantage of the additional scheduling features OneCal offers...but the subscription is still a great value for the calendar syncing alone.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

Every now and then a random event falls through the cracks and doesn't sync properly. It's 95% seamless but I've had to start a new sync occasionally. Not sure what causes that! But OneCal is still the most reliable method I've found by far.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't use most of its features so I can't give you any particular benefits.

I can schedule my patients using a simple link to my calendar.

  ### 13. Works as good if not better than other tools I have tried

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

Generally speaking, I wanted to say how well the app is working for me and some co-workers. We are all independent contractors and usually have corporate calendars provided by clients, plus our own businesses. after 3-4 weeks of testing I am starting to introduce it to other contractors I know. At this point I am using it daily and the updates to calendars with changes are reflected very quickly which is perfect.

I've yet to find something it really doesn't do yet as long as you get creative with the sync models for both directions and what you want to be seen in the various endpoints. For me I end up having ALL the information shown in my own Biz Google Calendar as my single POV location but for the clients it's made things so much easier. They can truly see what my availability is in those specific corporate M365 calendars.

Kudos to the app so far for simplifying my life and honestly not over complicating the app and adding bloat to it. I also started using the booking pages for various things per client like helping with interviews etc that is branded for that client as well with specific availability times to keep things from getting out of control.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

I really have yet to fins anything I dislike about it, honest and true. I have not said "I wish it did this.." One Co-Worker did mention the lack of IMAP account capability but that is not something that applies to me.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an independent consultant it's solving my client provided calendar issues with free/busy time 100%. I no longer need to push them to a booking page they can use their on internal tools to view my availability. It also allows me to limit the information shown in the client copies for privacy.

  ### 14. Affordable and User-Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I've been using OneCal for a while now (on a daily basis), and I’m genuinely impressed with how intuitive and affordable it is! The interface is clean and modern, making it super easy to set up booking links and manage my schedules across multiple calendars (Outlook and iCloud). Very easy to implement and integrate into my business. The real-time sync feature has saved me from double-booking headaches more than once. I also love the customizable booking pages; they look professional and align perfectly with my brand. The pricing is a steal for all the features you get, especially compared to other scheduling tools. Plus, the support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend OneCal to anyone looking for a simple, cost-effective way to streamline their scheduling!

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

None that I can think of. Support has always been able to help me with any issues that I have.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneCal solves the headache of managing multiple calendars and scheduling conflicts, which has been a huge time-saver for me. Its real-time, multi-way calendar sync ensures my Outlook and iCloud calendars are always aligned, preventing double bookings and keeping my schedule organized without manual updates. The intuitive interface makes creating different booking links a breeze, which streamlines client scheduling and looks professional. This has boosted my productivity by cutting out back-and-forth emails and letting me focus on my work. Plus, its affordable pricing means I get all these features without breaking the bank, making it a fantastic value for my small business.

  ### 15. Excellent and simple solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin L. | Strategic Advisor and Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

OneCal excels at one straightforward task: it seamlessly integrates all of your calendars across various platforms, allowing you to truly take control of your schedule. While it offers several other useful features, such as calendar booking links, what I appreciate most is the ability to return to the fundamental benefit of having a single, unified calendar.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

There is absolutely nothing I dislike. OneCal is excellent in every way.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For various reasons, I need to maintain four separate email addresses, which means I constantly face the challenge of monitoring all four calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts. Additionally, I consult for clients who do not permit their employees to access my availability from their own calendars. OneCal provides the functionality I need to overcome all of these challenges.

  ### 16. Does one thing, and does it right.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

It does one thing and does it right. All I want is calendar sync, and it just works.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

I'd prefer an optional login (with a password)

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

syncing calendars.

  ### 17. Exceptional Software, Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon K. | Founder - Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2025

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

The upsides far outweigh the downsides for most people in most cases. Super easy to use, FANTASTIC support, pretty easy to integrate and implement. Use it daily. The calendar sync function alone is worth the price and the UI is excellent.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

There are definitely some features that I don't love, but support has been so kind and receptive to feedback that I went out of my way to create an account for this platform (which I've never heard of and didn't want to do) just to leave a positive review. That should say something.

Feature wise, mainly on the booking functions, they've said they'll work to implement almost everything I've asked for in coming months, but here's a few:
- More customizable / personalizable booking link pages
- Options to create categorized pages or separate pages
- Easier visibility of simple things like finding your share link

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All my calendars sync seamlessly in a pleasing UI across ALL MY APPS. Bliss.

  ### 18. Expensive, slow, and clunky

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

It poorly does what I need it to. I have nothing else that’s nice to say about this product.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

The price for the unresponsive software that I have to repeatedly unlink and relink my calendars. I have separate calendars for it to integrate to and they all say our version of (Clone), this should be an optional feature.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oval to google cal syncing.

It's a little pricey especially if you need to connect 5+ calendars

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can sync all of my personal calendars and client calendars to each other and then have a booking link that reflects them all. Two in one magic!

  ### 20. Maintenance of calendars and appointments

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amado C. | Onboarding Specialist, Government Administration, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2024

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I think OneCal in providing me with a comprehensive look at my possible schedules. I’ve noticed that clients can find the time which is suitable for both of us without numerous emails. This means no more constantly switching between Google and Outlook calendars.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

I am still left with no other option but to go for other software in other to ensure I manage my teams complex schedule. OneCal is not ideal in terms of group or team schedules. It is impossible to share availability with other teammates or coordinate team events.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love using OneCal for my personal calendar, it has been very helpful in ensuring I am on top of my schedule. I will not forget about any appointment that helps to avoid confusion with different calendars and guarantee. The booking links are one of the most efficient ways.

  ### 22. OneCal Saves Me Time!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2024

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

OneCal is the best service I have found for calendar synchronization and management. I synchronize seven calendars using a combination of Google Workspace and Office 365 calendars, and OneCal keeps everything in sync. It offers me an easy way to manage my busy schedule across seven engagements. Additionally, with the booking feature, I don't have to email back and forth to find a time to meet; I just give the booker a link.

With all seven calendars cross-syncing, if an employee/customer/client at one of the domains looks at my availability, it is always up to date. Additionally, OneCal has a unified dashboard where I can see my availability cleanly, efficiently, and in one spot.

The game changer is OneCal's customized booking links, each customized with a unique logo. In every email account, I have a personalized link that directs the booker to the specific domain calendar, ensuring that each client and customer feels they are receiving a highly individualized service, even though I'm managing seven different calendars.

I have tried other services, and while they work well, none work as quickly and cleanly as OneCal.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

Nothing! It's a great service, and the support is excellent!

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling and synching across multiple calendars.

OneCal just like magic consolidates my work Outlook calendar with my personal Google calendar without the worry of double hosting. I can get rid of that unpredictability about events at which place I'm supposed to be to simply have total on OneCal calendar.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

The downside to it is that there's no mobile app integration available. The web interface of the tool is straightforward in function and user-friendly, but a lot of times when I control my program, I need to bounce between apps. The OneCal app would be a huge time saver, since now I wouldn't have to open my laptop to view or add events anytime.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

My personal email is Outlook and my business(es) are Google. It's been a struggle for years to provide real-time visiblity and updating (calendar blocking) from my personal to work calendar. Outlook sharing is delayed (every few hours) and my calendar changes often, requiring duplicative efforts and updating. The recent UTC timezone issue with outlook sharing really disrupted everything and I had to find a solution (without abandoning my 20 year old Outlook personal email).

This has been a true life-saver to have updates syncing in real-time and eliminates the need for a third-party calendar sharing view for me. Was a breeze to set up as well.

Thank you for inventing this!

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

Deleted events from Outlook must be manually removed from gmail. I contacted Onecal and had a response about this in minutes. It's not ideal, but the team is working on it and I hope for a fix in the future.

  ### 30. Solves a critical issue for consultants

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

OneCal solves a problem that many enterprise consultants face - calendar conflicts.

If you're not familiar, it's not uncommon to need internal Google/Microsoft access when consulting for a larger company. Sometimes this is due to infosec policies, other times there are technical limitations, sometimes there are whitelabel scenerios, etc...

At most, a busy consultant can have a dozen plus calendars. Good luck trying to sync those manually - it becomes an entire job to fend off conflciting calendar invites. This is where OneCal comes in.

By natively syncing bookings through the Google/Microsoft APIs, versus adding other calendars in "view only" mode, OneCal effectively prevents conflicts within each calendar. Also, syncing all of these work calendars to a personal calendar (or their web UI) gives you a single pane of glass to work from (e.g. if you're manually scheduling an event over the phone or trying to find some free time in your day).

It was easy to setup & has a good number of options to maintain the privacy & security across calendars. I am not worried that Client X will see that I am meeting with Client Y - if they look at my calendar, they'll just see "Busy."

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

OneCal is a new-ish product, and with that comes a wishlist of features I am hoping get added. I've had one minor technical issue but it was solved within a few hours (and didn't break the core functionality of the product, so no harm done).

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syncing multiple calendars together. Providing a single pane of glass to my personal calendar. Preventing conflicts with calendar invites across multiple calendars.

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I was looking for a tool that could seamlessly integrate both my work and personal Google calendars while also respecting my privacy. My primary concern was ensuring that my colleagues could see my availability without necessarily knowing the specifics of my personal events when adding something to my personal calendar. I always had a hunch that such a solution existed but never had the time to explore it. Consequently, I found myself manually inputting events into both calendars, which caused numerous logistical challenges.

During my search for a meeting scheduling solution, I discovered OneCal. I realized that it could effortlessly address all my calendar-related issues. The setup process was incredibly intuitive, and I can't think of a single drawback to this solution. I had it up and running in just three minutes.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

I hate I didn't discover it sooner. Nothing to dislike.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies the integration of both work and personal Google calendars while maintaining your privacy. It allows you to combine these calendars, ensuring your colleagues can see when you're busy without accessing the details of your personal events. This integration eliminates the need to manually input events into both calendars, streamlining your scheduling process.

  ### 32. Excellent solution for cross-platform calendar sync

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

It's a once-and-done setup, a few minutes to add and sync the calendars and then you never need to touch it again. And reasonable permissions manifest as well.

OneCal has been head and shoulders above any other interaction I've seen, with responsive devs eager to explain their design and even implement new features.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

I'm not a huge fan of the idea that hitting certain user thresholds forces you into higher per-user costs. I'd rather see the ability to "buy" additional user slots.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a split organization using both Outlook and Google calendars for different purposes. While bifurcated email is often beneficial, calendars need to be in sync. OneCal does this in seconds.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

Nothing yet. It takes a minute to figure out some of the ways it works best - but overall, this app is worth more than you pay for it.

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

The costumer service.

Yes, there are similar services (more or less) that get near what OneCal does but... the costumer service is beyond anything I've experienced in my entire life.

I got a problem, discovered a combination of settings that didn't work. They guys solved it in 3 hours... and they kept me posted.

Another example... I was setting my workflow and I thought "it's a pity that the software doesn't do X"... (whatever, the feature is not the important here). I asked, and they just did it! It's like they are tailoring the service to you.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

Mmmm... I really don't know. Maybe it would be nice to group the calendars in folders?

Really, there is nothing to diskike.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've a lot of calendars as I have a management position. Those calendars need to be shared to different people so I cannot aggregate all the events into one calendar. I'm talking like 25 different calendars...

OneCal let me organize and create tailored custom calendars that suit my needs perfectly.
