## OneCal Reviews
 ### 1. Seamless Google Calendar Sync That Prevents Double and Triple Booking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt W. | owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I'm a consultant. I have 4 different google calendar accounts w/ different companies. The specific issue I needed to solve was that when I put something on one calendar, I needed it to block all of the other calendars. This seamlessly and effortlessly makes that possible. I've used it for 2-3 years now and it's perfect.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

Very occasionally, you have to jump in and give it a nudge by manually re-running the sync. But that's like once every several months, and not a burden for the value I get in all of the other time that it is automated.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a consultant with multiple clients accounts. When I book something on one of them, the native google calendar functionality would all me to see where I was free, but for any of my clients, they couldn't see it and keep double and triple booking me. This allows me to automatically and effortlessly keep all calendars synched, and has single handedly solved that problem.

 ### 2. Intuitive, Fast Real-Time Sync That Makes Managing 8 Calendars Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriella O. | Partner & Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

The user interface is intuitive and clean, setup is easy and there's little to no maintenance needed. I didn't read a single support article because it all just ... makes sense to set up. It offers a variety of options in configuring the sync so that you share only what you want. The syncs are fast and it stays up-to-date in realtime. I love the booking links and the public calendar and ICS features. I have 9 calendars to manage and it has saved my life. It's made it so easy for colleagues and clients to see my actual availability and schedule with me without needing to share my calendars directly with one another. It's a perfect solution to my problem.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

I'd like to see the ability to add more than 8 calendars and I'd love more integration options. For example, I'd like to use my notetaker across all my calendars. I'd really like the ability to mark events on specific calendars as billable and see the totals for the week.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a consultant, I work across 10 or more clients at a time and this allows me a secure way to manage my calendars and availability. It's saved me a lot of time and headaches and I manage my whole day through it.

 ### 3. Calendar Synchronization Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philipp D. | Director Strategic Business Development | Co-Founder & President of the Board of Directors, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I think it's great that OneCal keeps track of my appointments, especially since I manage multiple companies and accordingly multiple email accounts and calendars. It offers simple ways to synchronize the different calendars, which allows me to keep everything in view. I particularly like the booking page, which makes it a perfect place to manage everything related to my appointments. The initial setup process was super easy, as I could sign in with Gmail, for example, and the synchronization of the calendars is explained very clearly. In combination with Google and Outlook calendars, OneCal works perfectly to synchronize everything.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

The only thing I would personally like is for the app to allow setting the appointment to private.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneCal helps me easily synchronize multiple calendars from different companies and keep track of appointments without having to manually map everything each time. It is super easy and works perfectly with Google and Outlook calendars.

 ### 4. Solves scheduling conflicts across clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean C. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I work with multiple clients, and it has always been a challenge coordinating availability. While booking pages work well, they require my clients to remember that I (1) have a booking page and that (2) my availability in their internal system isn't reflective of my actual availability. Those hurdles lead to people just scheduling a time on an open slot, which causes conflicts.
OneCal solves this in the simplest way possible: By copying my calendar entries across my calendars, everyone gets to see my actual availability in the system they are already using. OneCal's booking feature handles availability for anyone who isn't part of an organization I'm already working with, fully covering my use cases.
OneCal allows you to select the level of information you share, which allows me to prevent clients' information from being shared with other clients. It's a great system and has already saved me hours of time by not having to reschedule meetings.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

Updated May 2026: While neither of these features has been added, I've found that I haven't used them enough in Calendly to justify the extra service. I've fully replaced Calendly with OneCal.
---
As of August 2025, OneCal's booking feature isn't as mature as competitor products. It isn't the core feature of OneCal, so it doesn't make me any less likely to recommend OneCal. Specific features the booking feature lacks: Ability to limit the number of an events scheduled on a day (e.g., I can only schedule one off-site meeting per day) and creating one-off meeting links with custom availability. I expect these features to mature over time, but I haven't been able to 100% replace my Calendly subscription just yet.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synchronizing calendars across organizations

 ### 5. OneCal Effortlessly Syncs in Real-Time to avoid scheduling conflicts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan C. | Full Stack GIS Developer, Program Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I primarily utilize OneCal to keep multiple calendars synced so that different organizations can see my shared schedule. Traditional calendar sharing will not allow other users to see exterior calendars making it nearly impossible to reschedule meetings without manually checking.

This one tool helps me manage tons of calendars effectively and my coworkers, clients, and companies can all keep track of my schedule in real-time as opposed to having to have me constantly backtracking on meetings.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

Overall there isn't a lot to dislike about OneCal. I think they could have a slightly better price scaling or segment there capabilities for users that care more about calendar sync versus booking links, etc.

They are also still a bit new from my persepective, but do have a solid platform and the growth I've seen so far gives me a great impression they will have a great continuous development cycle that will make this application one of the best for calendar management in the near future.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syncing multiple calendars in real time used to take a fair amount of time and/or Power Automate and/or Google Script options which was a bit frustrating to keep up with. Delegating this to a decently priced service is a life-saver for my situation.

 ### 6. Best Calendar Cloning tool out there, with schedule integrations too!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Don D. | Cyber Security Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

OneCal is easily the best tool for cloning appointments across multiple calendars. I manage so many client calendars that it’s way too time-consuming to copy everything manually. With OneCal, I can automatically clone appointments and use my Teams/Office integration so meetings get scheduled appropriately and automatically. It’s not the cheapest tool in the industry, but in my experience it’s definitely the best. The also have a Discord group with the developers if you ever have UI / UX suggestions or need more direct support.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

I have not had any issues with OneCal. SOMETIMES the syncing goes slowly, but you can log into the portal and "Re-Run" and everything gets cleaned up.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloning availability across multiple client calendars, as a consultant, is an incredible headache. This way, OneCal does the cloning for me.

 ### 7. Intuitive, Set-and-Forget Setup That Just Works in the Background

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom A. | Night Manager / Settlement Worker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

Really intuitive and simple interface - it takes a few minutes to set up, and then just runs in the background while you get on with your life. I haven't really had to think about it since I signed up more than a year ago, which is a good thing.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

I stopped recieving 2 step verification emails from OneCal because my email provider had marked them as spam. This was confusing, and I needed to reach out to OneCal to "whitelist" my own email again - seems like something that should be ironed out between OneCal and major email providers.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a number of work and personal calendars that I can now consolidate in one place (without having to navigate the clunky native functionality of the email accounts themselves). Not an exaggeration to say it's been a game changer for me.

 ### 8. A Lifesaver for Syncing Multiple Calendars and Showing True Availability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I'm a freelancer and typically have 2-3 clients at a time. They set me up with accounts on their systems which means I easily have 4-5 calendars between theirs and my own calendars. OneCal is the only way to keep everything in sync and show true availability. It's a lifesaver for running a business like mine.

Set up is fairly easy; I like the booking flows and ability to customize reminder emails etc.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

Pricing is a bit high imo, which is the only drawback. Enough that I tend to evaluate every once in a while if there's another way to get the same outcome.

One thing I wish they had: when an engagement is over and I cut off the sync to that client I completely lose that entire calendar. It's just wiped. So I have no record of my meetings etc which I use often when I need to figure out a mysterious charge or something (eg oh that's a fee for parking when I was at client XYZ).

Other than that, I do think it's worth it, especially if you're wrangling a lot of calendars like me.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can confidently send someone a link to my calendar and know that it's my true availability.

 ### 9. Effortless Scheduling, Seamless Calendar Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin B. | Missionary, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I love OneCal for its ability to remove the chaos of scheduling across different time zones and schedules. By simply sending a link, people can book meetings with me, which eliminates double booking issues and keeps everything in sync. I appreciate how it organizes both my personal and professional life, preventing me from missing important events like my kid's preschool graduation. The ease of use has significantly reduced my stress. OneCal integrates seamlessly with my calendar and blocks off unavailable times automatically. It syncs perfectly with my Mac, and setting it up was a breeze, taking only ten minutes. The integration with the Google ecosystem and the ability to use it within emails is amazing, giving recipients an easy way to book time with me. Highly recommended, especially for those coordinating with others across various locations.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

Nothing, it is great! I know I am supposed to have some criticism but I have had no issues.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneCal simplifies scheduling across time zones by consolidating calendars, preventing double bookings, and reducing chaos. It integrates with my calendar and email, saving time, reducing stress, and keeping me organized. It's great for meetings with multiple people, all over the place.

 ### 10. Effortless Multi-Calendar Syncing with OneCal

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon M. | Digital Products & CRO Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I really appreciate how OneCal solves my need to have all of my calendars synced, so I'm not double booking time on my calendar. It's super easy to set up, and I found the user interface very nice to work with. Once I signed up, I had everything syncing in just a few minutes. I also like how, even after I've changed my setup a few times, it quickly removes the old sync events and creates the new ones. It was very easy for me to get up and running in 10-15 minutes. I also love that I can sync more than five calendars across personal and several businesses. Based on my experience, I've already recommended it to others.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

A few suggestions: Allow for multiple calendar 2-way syncs with different colors for each calendar's events. Currently, it shows all synced events as one color, which makes it hard to decipher what event is for which calendar. There is a workaround, but it makes for more one-way syncs. I'd also suggest a pricing model where you pay per calendar. I'm currently on the tier for 5 calendars, but need 6. Going to 6, the price jumps substantially.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use OneCal for syncing 5+ calendars across personal and business use. It solves my need to have all calendars synced, preventing double booking.

 ### 11. Easy Setup and a Lifesaver for Managing Multiple Emails and Calendars

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

Not only is it easy to set up but it has been a lifesaver juggling many different emails. (I have different emails because as a consultant different companies have different email requirements.) I am now able to see all my calendars combined into one master calendar that I can access from my phone.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

I have not come across anything that I don't like.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have several work calendars as well as my personal calendar. On top of that, some clients use Microsoft while others use Google, so it was hard to see everything in one place. Now, regardless of which email is used for a meeting invitation, I will see it in my master calendar. Also if I put something in my personal calendar it blocks off the time or day for me across all the work calendars!

 ### 12. OneCal Makes Managing Multiple Calendars Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt W. | Co Host, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

Its simple to setup and get started and really does take the pain our of managing multiple calendars.

I tried building my own automations and piloted some other tools, but OneCal just seemed to work the best.

It's competitively priced, integrates with Google calendars, Microsoft and Zoom, updates calendars quickly and its new MCP server allows AI integration which is a real boon.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

there is a jump in pricing but that is often the way.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage multiple calendars that i need to keep my availability synced across, and this does it perfectly.

 ### 13. Effortless Sync with OneCal

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arian Sheremeti B. | Principal GRC Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I like that OneCal solves the problem of double bookings for me as a freelancer with multiple email accounts. It books meetings across all my calendars automatically, which is a major benefit. I use OneCal daily and appreciate how easy it is to set up and not have to look back. It's very reliable and integrates well with platforms like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, replicating calendar entries almost simultaneously across different calendars. I also appreciate the privacy settings, which allow me to keep my details private across calendars. The platform is intuitive, step-by-step, and I've experienced no downtime or issues. I've renewed my subscription because it continues to meet my requirements well.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

N/A

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneCal solved double booking by syncing all my calendars, making it easy to manage appointments across platforms like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. It set up quickly, I never had to adjust it again, and bookings replicate instantly. I also appreciate the privacy settings.

 ### 14. OneCal Simplifies Calendar Management Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris S. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I like that OneCal syncs very seamlessly with all of my calendars. It lets me put meetings on any of them depending on what type of meeting it is, which is not something many competitors offer. It helps me manage my calendars and my time better. The built-in buffer time is really nice, and overall, it provides the flexibility and power to help across all the different things I do with my days and evenings. It works really well with Google Calendar and Outlook, and I use it on my iPhone, where the app is pretty nice. Switching from Reclaim to OneCal was a good decision because OneCal syncs more seamlessly, especially with my Outlook calendars. The initial setup was extremely easy—just put in the calendar, set up the syncs, and it's up and running.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

I would love more bespoke integrations to tools like HubSpot and my other platforms that I use. It would be nice if it actually had a better interface to HubSpot. Yes, it can do it through Zapier, but I prefer a direct integration.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneCal syncs all my calendars, including personal, business, and university, allowing seamless management. It helps me schedule meetings flexibly and includes buffer time, improving my calendar coordination effortlessly.

 ### 15. Easy setup, set and forget kind of tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sami A. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I just like the ease of use and the fact that it's pretty much a set and forget tool. You can configure the sync once and then that's it. Additionally, I really like and appreciate the customization options available, which allow you to get complex and avoid syncing certain events using color labeling, codes, or specific event title names. That functionality is very critical and important to me.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

I think the mobile app is not really useful for me right now. Also, the booking links aspect is not useful because I use a different tool for managing my bookings. I would like the option to just subscribe to calendar sync and not subscribe to all the other features.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use OneCal for syncing multiple calendars. It automates updating my availability, giving me a clear view of my schedule. It makes planning easy and allows clients to book meetings easily.

 ### 16. Seamless Calendar Synchronization for Multiple Roles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seema P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I use OneCal for syncing between three different calendars - day job, my own business, and personal calendar. It solves the big problem of not double booking across different parts of my life. I also appreciate not having to manually cross-check calendars while maintaining privacy on my day job calendar. OneCal just works as it's supposed to, which is great. It creates clones so I can see what's going on without looking at multiple calendars, and it creates meeting links with helpful headings and titles. The initial setup was smooth.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

I find that sometimes clones don't edit immediately but so far, nothing that has created real life problems.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use OneCal to sync three different calendars, preventing double bookings and maintaining privacy for my day job. It lets clients book appointments easily, shows all schedules in one place, and creates helpful meeting links with clear titles.

 ### 17. Seamless Scheduling Across Multiple Calendars

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claas E. | President, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

It's seamless. If you have multiple calendars, it takes away any juggling or concern.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

Create custom appointment calendars (like when I am hiring and I need to open up evening more for initial calls) is not intuitive. But, that's probably more a bkc issue anyway.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've had as many as 4 different calendars (personal, one for an interim CEO role, two different consultancies I worked for) at the same time. Not having to think twice about updating calendars is a dream. And the set up a meeting function is great - let's me block meetings at 20 minutes on the half hour, creating natural buffers.

 ### 18. Efficient Multi-Business Scheduling, But Lacks Visual Appeal

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I use OneCal to manage my bookings across five different businesses, each with its own email address. I like how it cross-checks bookings and blocks off time across all my calendars, which helps avoid any duplicates. It works really well for keeping my schedule organized. I was using Calendly before, but now I use OneCal for my booking links, and it syncs well with Google Calendar.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

It looks really chaotic because it replicates the event five different times on all the different calendars I use. Just it's not visually appealing, but it works. So it's functional, but that's my only feedback.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use OneCal to manage bookings across five businesses with different email addresses. It cross-checks and blocks duplicates on my calendar, preventing scheduling conflicts and ensuring smooth operation.

 ### 19. Simple Setup and Management - Would Reccomend!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haleigh L. | RevOps Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

OneCal is very simple to set up and manage. It doesn’t make things any more complicated than they need to be, which is quite refreshing these days. It integrates well with G Cal and is easy for our users to set up and use. Does exactly what we need it to do which is sync calendars!

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

Honestly, nothing. It is super easy to use and manage and does everything we need it to do. No complaints here.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have two business units with two domains so OneCal lets our sales users sync calendars to prevent double bookings.

 ### 20. Clean, Fast, and Great Value with Evolving Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hamish L. | Photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

The clean layout and constantly evolving features make it really easy to navigate and great value. It has good integrations with other websites and really quick to load as well. It's made my ROI really high and works great.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

There's nothing I dislike, it would be cool to have some AI integrations with things but it not at all necessary

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to be able to book in and show clients my availability, it saves me emails. The initial setup process was easy and definitely helped to make sense of things. It's great that I can brand it too.

 ### 21. Easy Cross-Platform Sync with a Great UX

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karine J. | Propriétaire, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

It’s easy to set up synchronization, it works well across multiple platforms, and the UX design is great.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

Calendars don’t always sync in real time between them, so I have to trigger the sync manually. Also, we can’t add a buffer to the sync, which is a must-have and something the team really needs to work on.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I didn’t report any issues to the team, so there wasn’t really a solution provided on their side. I did mention the buffer time in sync; it isn’t on the roadmap right now, but they were encouraging about the feedback.

 ### 22. Effortless Calendar Sync for Freelancers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reilly M. | Quality Assurance and Control Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I use OneCal for calendar sync as a freelancer with multiple calendars, and I love that it's quick, efficient, and keeps my calendars all in one place. It's very easy to set up and use, which makes it a great tool for managing my schedule. One of the big benefits is that it allows all my teams to see up-to-date calendar times, keeping everyone aligned.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

When looking at all my calendars at once, I see 4 events each. On mobile, especially if I have an all-day event, I see 4 events for 'busy', then I have to click and see the actual event.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use OneCal for calendar sync, allowing all my teams to see up-to-date calendar times. It's quick, efficient, and keeps my calendars all in one place.

 ### 23. Onecal Made Calendar Sharing Across Accounts Effortless for Our Family

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

Onecal is simple to set up accross your accounts. It immediately starts sharing your calendars across all your chosen calendar apps. Prior to this, I had constant problems trying to overlap my work and personal timetables. Our family just couldn't find one source of the truth for all the activities we were doing. Onecal solved this for us, and we have never looked back.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

I don't, once it is set up, it stays in the background doing exactly what I need it to do. It just works.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you have multiple calendars but can’t bring them all into one place to see everything in a single program, this software does that for you. You simply tell it which calendars you want reflected in the master calendar, and it takes it from there.

 ### 24. Effortless Sync Across Calendars, Saves Time

**Reviewed by:** Arek J. | Country IT and Digital Lead | IT Director, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I really like OneCal for its seamless experience and the fact it just works. I appreciate how it allows multi-to-multi calendar synchronization, making it possible to synchronize my work, private, and business calendars effectively. I also find the initial setup to be quick and easy, which is a huge plus. After trying multiple calendar tools, OneCal is the first one that actually works for me. ### 27. A proxy between accounts for simple synchronization without duplicates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simone C. | Agente di commercio professionista, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

The application functions as a Proxy between the connected accounts, allowing me to "play" with synchronizations without having to worry about creating duplicates or leaving traces between old and new settings. Priceless in my opinion.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

Currently, it does not integrate the management of Outlook categories (microsoft365), so it is not possible to choose the colors of events copied to Outlook. On the Windows app/OWA side, the default is gray, and on the Android app side, it is the same as the calendar... not always easy to recognize "on the fly" compared to work appointments.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For work, I use the Microsoft environment; for private life, I use the Google environment. I have been looking for calendar integration without issues and at a reasonable price for a long time.

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

As an independent consultant this helped me sort out availability across multiple calendars (personal, my business, client calendars) in a seamless fashion with the right level of privacy.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

My only wish is that the standard plan could have covered my need for three calendars.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was entering manual blocks across my client calendars to keep them up to date on my availability, now it's seamless and automatic.

 ### 32. Simple and Fast Calendar Synchronization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roberto M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor B. | Chief Marketing Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

It solves the problem of having multiple calendars and, even after several years, it continues to work smoothly.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

The price seems a bit high to me, and the issue of being able to add it to my page to get appointments with potential clients also needs improvement. Right now, I don't quite remember what it was missing, but I think it had to do with automatic redirection.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My calendar now works perfectly

 ### 34. Instant Synchronization, Needs More Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hugo V. | General Practitioner

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

The synchronization is instant, the setup was very easy to do, and it also allows me a calendar view that hides duplicates, making it much simpler to look at.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

There could be more customization regarding the different types of calendars, such as which one you would like to use as the main one, or how to synchronize each one. To be able to do this, a large number of synchronization methods must be used, and that has a higher cost. Using all-to-all synchronization is a bit more unspecific.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows synchronizing all my calendars, avoiding overlapping appointments. The synchronization is instantaneous, easy to set up, and shows a view that hides duplicates, simplifying visualization.

 ### 35. Effortless Calendar Management for Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I like the integrated booking links in OneCal. I also like that it automatically distinguishes between meetings that require Teams and those that require Zoom. It allows me to coordinate multiple calendars in a single platform, which means I don't need to use other software like Calendly anymore. I found it very easy to set up and to add additional team members.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

One of the challenges is that recurring meetings that are moved don't often update properly. I think more reliable updates when recurring meetings shift would be very helpful.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OneCal lets me see all my calendars in one place, eliminating the need for Calendly. I enjoy the integrated booking links and how it distinguishes between Teams and Zoom meetings, which helps me work from a single platform.

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I appreciate the consolidated calendar view and the unlimited booking links.

Multi-calendar sync keeps all my agency calendars in one place. It helps me stay organized across a variety of client projects. Love it!

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

The app sometimes has auth issues, logging me out. It's not terrible, I just have to log back in again.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage quite a few calendars because of my client projects. OneCal helps organize all that in one place and has the share links I'm looking for. Other tools were missing at least some of that functionality.

 ### 43. Effortless Calendar Sync Across Platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander L. | Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about OneCal?**

I really appreciate OneCal for its great user interface and ease of use, making it an efficient and user-friendly tool in our daily operations. The reliable syncing feature is incredibly valuable as it ensures that all calendar entries are consistently up-to-date, eliminating scheduling conflicts and simplifying the management of multiple calendars. Setting up OneCal is straightforward and quick, taking just a few minutes, which is a significant advantage when introducing it to new customers. Once configured, it operates seamlessly in the background, reducing the need for constant supervision. The ability to sync calendars across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (Outlook) is particularly useful for us and our clients, as it helps maintain clarity on availability across different companies and shared environments, like room calendars, which are often managed among multiple organizations. OneCal effectively addresses the challenge of managing multiple calendars, providing a streamlined solution that enhances productivity. Furthermore, with its high reliability and ease of setup, it offers a hassle-free and efficient tool that I would confidently recommend with a solid score of 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about OneCal?**

I find the limit of 50 calendars quite restrictive for some of our use cases, which makes it challenging when needing to manage more. Additionally, the absence of features to directly add or remove calendars from an existing sync session is inconvenient. Currently, if I want to change the calendars involved in a sync, I have to delete and set it up all over again, which is time-consuming and inefficient.

**What problems is OneCal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use OneCal to sync calendars between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, avoiding scheduling conflicts and managing multiple calendars effortlessly. Its easy setup and reliable background syncing ensure seamless availability visibility across different companies.

OneCal totally solved my issue of manually creating calendar blocks and managing multiple calendars to avoid being double booked.
