License Plate ID, able to identify a vehicle before it comes in so that we can order parts and fluids
Generate reports, especially to see how our marketing is doing for incoming customers.
Love CarFax, Appointments, Alerts, being able to send text reminders to our customers for appointments, etc.
There is so much more to this program, it is probably the best I have used for Repair shops, but at the end, Omnique has come a long way in the last 3 years Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The credit card payment system is the worst!!!! I have a customer paying and if someone comes directly behind him, it will charge that customer his card??? Also, you can not split payments, if you try, another nightmare. Our only saving grace is 360Payments, they clean up the mess weekly for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
