**What do you like best about Omnidek?**

What can I say... Omnidek gives you the tools to run your entire business inside and outside the walls of your company. I love this product. At first we were sceptical with all the other options out there but after getting a demo and playing around with it for a bit, it's amazing. I can see us being a long time customer simply due to the time we now save using Omnidek. If you're looking at Omnidek, get a demo, try it out for a bit, I'm certain you'll be happy with it. Our whole team has transitioned over and I've already seen a massive difference in efficiencies.

**What do you dislike about Omnidek?**

Pricing. While I understand the pricing, I do find it a bit high. Half the price is where I see it being extremely valuable, not $10/user/month. If it was $5.95 or $6.95/user/month I'm sure a lot more people would come joining. However when you look at the number of other subscriptions were paying for in addition things really add up.

**Recommendations to others considering Omnidek:**

Check it out. It's a very solid product. Can't say enough good things about it at this point. Their customer support team is fantastic and very helpful!

**What problems is Omnidek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data, data, data, and more data! The reports, alerts, and data collected make this product amazing. I can't explain how much time we've saved using this product. Omnidek has really listened to their customers in this regards as it clearly shows in the product.
